Manifestos – NUS Conference Delegate ABI CLARKE I'm Abi Clarke, Current VPSA Throughout my year in office, I have been able to attend many NUS events and conferences, allowing me to develop my networking skills and bring back what I have learnt to the University. I would now greatly appreciate the chance to represent our University again, on a national level, to stand up for our students and to vote on policy that affects us. We are currently in a period of significant change in terms of student movement and political challenge. I would highly value the opportunity to be a part of this movement, through representing the University of Worcester at the NUS Annual Conference. If elected as NUS Annual Conference delegate my policies would be: · To represent OUR University as a spokesperson to debate and discuss key issues that are important to US as a collective. · To share key issues discussed that affect our University in order to drive change within our institution. · To ensure that current leadership stand up to their policies and ensure they listen to matter that affect us! · To take advantage of ALL networking opportunities, meetings, workshops and activities involved within this conference to help our university. · Use the conference as an opportunity to see how other institutions are run to note changes and policies that will help Worcester. · To develop networks with other Universities and institutions that will help to build our reputation. Please vote for me as your #1 NUS Delegate! #BackTheFro
