Tell us a little about the background of your firm?
Margaret leads a team of talented interior designers, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the high-end luxury market for over two decades.
The In-house team includes architects, master builders, traditional craftsman, landscapers, and project managers which allow us to provide a comprehensive service to undertake and seamlessly deliver on some of the most ambitious and prestigious design projects.
We create luxury interiors that will stand the test of time and that encompass comfort, sophistication and practicality adding value to our private client homes as well as to our core prestigious developments which have been successfully completed over the past 23 years.
Our focus is on creating bespoke, considered interiors that really encapsulate our private clients needs and dreams by refining and uniquely personalising each space, providing warmth, comfort, functionality and a profoun d sense of well-being to our clients homes.
What type of projects have you been working on recently?
We are working on a few large luxury country properties, between 5000sqft – 12000sqft. One of the defining features of our luxury country family homes is their exceptional architectural design. These residences often showcase a seamless integration of traditional and contemporary elements, creating a unique and timeless aesthetic. Grand facades, intricate detailing, and high-quality craftsmanship are common characteristics that add to the allure of these properties. Whether it’s a classic Georgian manor, a charming farmhouse, or a modern eco-friendly villa, the luxury country homes we design offer a sense of prestige and refined elegance.
Do you work with investors and landlords?
We work with private clients and high net worth individuals who invest in our core developments through our sister company ‘Sherbourne Developments”.
Looking back, is there a job that you are most proud of?
We are proud of all our commissions as each one is unique and has had its own journey for the end user involved. Each project is meticulously thought through and tailored to each individual / family / end user. This is what makes our job so much fun and interesting … no home is ever the same.
Are you happy to give appraisals to Hamptons clients before they exchange?
