INSPIRATIONS
The choice of new materials and more efficient textiles give a real personality to the outdoor space. Accessories - rugs, pillows, or even external mirrors - make the garden the new living room. A place to receive and entertain our closest family and a place to relax outside. Like the different spaces in the house, the exterior is also divided and each corner has a specific function. The lounge areas are adorned with protective cupolas and umbrellas that provide a sense of privacy and relaxation, while the outdoor kitchen area mimics the spirit of a private restaurant. Repeated confinements arouse our desire to escape. The interior opens to the outside, gardens, patios, and terraces are put on stage and become true extensions of our houses and apartments. We recreate our tastes for 1950s swings, hanging chairs, umbrellas, and a Miamiinspired color palette.

Nature also invites itself to the interior. In recent years, the interest in indoor plants has continued to increase. The need for natural light is also a must. Most of the time is spent inside, looking to the outside. Big windows, a view of the outdoors with lots of natural light coming inside, in general, green space becomes essential.
Both your interior and exterior design must work in harmony, so one naturally flows into the other. When the exterior is divided, the interior is flexible and decompartmentalized. Rooms open and extend to the outdoors with patio doors, bay windows, or modular dividers.
With health and wellness has a preoccupation, when designing our homes, colors are refined and softened. This wellness mood is also revealed in the reinterpretation of retro themes, through artisan-made pieces rooted in design. We will be seeing an increase in minimal interiors, with fewer pieces but with sculptural shapes. Designing for comfort is also in consideration. Cocooning sofas and armchairs, with soft tactile textiles and ergonomic designs to improve posture, are already increasing in search. As the art of slow living perseveres – in particular, the concept of Minimalism – going back to basics proves to be deeply important. Increasing awareness of environmental catastrophe and the urgency to prevent it is inspiring designers to rethink the lifecycle of products. The move towards a more ethical and sustainable world is the foundation of this new principle.
