Client Services As always, to provide the most timely and efficient service to you, we urge you to use our email for any questions or assistance you might need. We check emails frequently so it is the quickest way to share information with CCS staff or receive information from CCS. If you would like all CCS correspondence, 2450’s, caseworker authorizations and updates to come through email, please notify me at michelle.ford@spworkforce.org
School-Age Children Care Changes Once again it’s time to start preparing for the 2014-2015 school year!!! All providers should have received the change of care report form to begin reporting school year changes to CCS. Please remember that these forms are only to be used for children who are currently receiving full time care and will be entering school this fall. Children who are already receiving blended or school-holiday only care do not need to be included on this form, unless their care needs to be changed. As in the past, the parent will need to provide an acceptance letter for all children entering Head Start. Please complete these forms and return to CCS as soon as possible. Due to system restrictions it is crucial to get these changes submitted and completed timely to avoid delays in your provider payments.

CACFP News
Thank you to all CACFP Providers for attending our Annual Contract meeting. We always appreciate your efforts in maintaining compliance with the rules and regulations of the food program. Just a little reminder on the following: 1. Contract packets are due in the CACFP office by Monday, August 25, 2014. 2. Send us an Email confirmation when your CACFP billing is complete and ready to process. 3. If you have a staff change (or just want a review) with the CACFP paperwork, please make arrangements with our staff for technical assistance. CCS New Staff & Changes CCS would like to introduce our newest staff members. Please join us in making them feel welcome. Tiffany Flores joined the CCS team in May as a caseworker with Client Services. Marcelina Raggett joined the CCS team in June as a caseworker with Client Services. Amanda Davis joined the CCS team in July as a caseworker with Client Services. Carol Vaughn is currently transitioning into the role of Provider Services Representative. Vanessa Gutierrez is currently transitioning into the role of Absence Clerk and Repayment Support. Monica Serna is currently transitioning into the role of Client Services Support/Receptionist.
TOT Trainings We have NEW VIDEOS!!!
