Working Yoga’s team of professional yoga teachers are trained to help you manage stress where it most often starts—at work! We provide lunch-time and after-work classes to help improve posture, strength, flexibility, relaxation and much more. Our teachers are caring, and experienced in catering for a range of abilities within each class. BENEFITS: We come to you (and save you time and fuel!) You will feel more alert, comfortable and relaxed immediately after the session and possibly for several days afterwards. Within 6 classes you are very likely to notice a decrease in headaches, backache, indigestion, shoulder pain, insomnia, moodiness, anxiety… You will have access to free information sheets to encourage your own practice. All equipment is provided (all you need is loose, comfortable clothing and clean bare feet) Our prices are very reasonable: currently $10 per person per class...for a minimum of 12 people. Room hire is extra. Smaller groups may be accommodated—call us to discuss feasibility.
Participants are asked to commit to a 6, 8, or 10 week block (depending on what is organised) and to pay up front for all classes in the first week. If you can’t make it to all classes, we are happy for you to ‘sell-on’ your spot to a colleague to recoup any money lost, but the course needs to be paid for ahead of time. To make the most of your commitment, we invite you to attend even if you are unwell or injured, as we are sure the teacher will find something to help you—even if you just curl up and have a nap for the hour!
