In Attendance Management, the team members are required to sign-in and sign-out, which is captured along with the GPS location. The attendance can be exported on Excel for salary calculations or auditing. Team members can make their own to-do list which can be a ready list of pending items to be completed. Similarly, the team members are required to submit their daily reports to the boss, which the boss can review and comment upon. The micro site is of special utility, particularly for SME. The boss can create and manage a microsite using mobile phone, in which the SME can showcase products, deals, offers, etc. and change as frequently as required. The link for micro site can be shared using Whatsapp or email or SMS, with any number of people. Thus the SME can be in touch with their dealers/ distributors/ associates/ customers on a regular basis and enhance their visibility and therefore increase sales.
