WorkToday-Lite WorkToday-Lite - The New Generation Task Management App Task management apps are used to track personal, group or shared tasks. These apps have an indentation on either project management or performance management or activity tracking. The size and functions of the apps depend on the requirements of the task and on whether they are used for an individual or SME or for corporate task management. Typical features include the following:  Task creation, assignment and reassignment, prioritization, task sharing, status reporting, chat etc.  Notification and alerts  Attendance  Daily Report  Micro-site  Accounting  To-do All the above features are considered essential for any SME, which have a boss and a team. WorkToday Lite is one such app, which provides all the above functions and features, with great convenience and ease of operating. The app has two sections - the boss and the team. The boss/ team leader is responsible for creating a team and the creating, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring a task, to any team member/s and ensuring that its timely completion. A task can be re-assigned, priorities changed, change the allocated completion time, change team members to handle the tasks. The team members are required to respond to the tasks assigned and submit the status of each task. The boss can add/ delete a team member, track any team member’s location at any time. Users can see the history of completed and pending tasks.


WorkToday-Lite In addition to a very efficient Task Management utility, WorkToday-Lite has some other great features, which are of great importance to a boss and team members, especially in an SME. In Attendance Management, the team members are required to sign-in and sign-out, which is captured along with the GPS location. The attendance can be exported on Excel for salary calculations or auditing. Team members can make their own to-do list which can be a ready list of pending items to be completed. Similarly, the team members are required to submit their daily reports to the boss, which the boss can review and comment upon. The micro site is of special utility, particularly for SME. The boss can create and manage a microsite using mobile phone, in which the SME can showcase products, deals, offers, etc. and change as frequently as required. The link for micro site can be shared using Whatsapp or email or SMS, with any number of people. Thus the SME can be in touch with their dealers/ distributors/ associates/ customers on a regular basis and enhance their visibility and therefore increase sales. The boss and the team members can manage their petty cash account using the app. Likewise, the company directory can be maintained and managed by the team and the boss, which becomes a ready reckoner for all contacts in the SME.
