Born of Lebanese descent, Ziad Nakad knew from his very early teens that he was meant to work in fashion. Since his young years, he was attracted to eccentric fabrics, sheer embroideries, and unconventional beadings, which married in the designs he sketched for his family to wear.
Encouraged by this genuine success, the talented young man decided to further explore his passion for fashion and embrace the dressmaking art with studies in the field. In parallel, he mastered the art of couture by working with many famous fashion designers in Beirut. In 1997, he turned his dream into a career when he was invited to take part in the Beirut International Fashion Show for Couture in Beirut, dressing renowned supermodels like Karen Mudler, Nadja Urman, and Jennifer Driver.

Recognized as “The Magician of Form”, Jessica Martin has nearly a decade of bridal dressmaking experience. Located in Pélissanne, France, the lovely beauty of her city is her inspiration.
Armed with a pledge to maintaining high quality, Martin blends a unique experience with a bride’s most desirable wishes, to produce an original creation, worthy of the occasion. Martin boasts, “We dress all women,” and describes her design style as “elegant and classy.” From the time Martin meets a bride, to when the gown is presented, it is a process that is both professional and creative.
The concept is sketched and fabric selection commences in Portugal, England, and her hometown, of course. During the first developmental process, Martin drapes the dress on her model. This tailored look is the specialized process that is Martin’s signature.
