Celebrity Chef Eric Teo has more than two decades of culinary experience. He has won a host of awards and accolades for his contribution to the industry including The World Gourmet Summit Executive Chef of the Year for three consecutive years which walked him into the Awards of Excellence Hall of Fame in the year 2010. In 2004, Chef Teo was named Best Western Cuisine Chef at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards. Chef Teo has been instrumental in placing Singapore on the world map as a food capital and was the first Singaporean to be appointed President of the Singapore Chef ’s Association. As Captain of the Singapore Culinary Team, Chef Teo led the team to finish with six medals at global competitions including two Olympic Gold Medals at the IKA 2000 Culinary Olympics and four medals at the Culinary World Cup in Expogast in 2002 and 2004. Chef Teo has actively been involved in judging at culinary competitions around the world and mentoring rising chefs as Team Advisor for the Singapore Culinary Team. In 1993 Bent became the first Scandinavian chef to have won the Bocuse d’Or, the world’s most prestigious culinary competition. At the age of 23, Bent became head chef of the Continental Hotel, the best restaurant in Oslo, and this success further enhanced his reputation on the culinary scene. Bent features in many television programmes in different countries, but it is in his restaurant, the Statholdergaarden (which was awarded one Michelin star), where he has really developed his art. Bent is strongly committed to nurturing young talent and his restaurant is considered to be the best establishment for apprentices in Norway.

about CHEF ANTON MOSIMANN OBE, DL
Anton Mosimann OBE, DL is a Swiss chef and restaurateur who was Maitre Chef des Cuisines at the Dorchester Hotel for thirteen years, during which time its restaurant achieved a rating of two stars in the Michelin Guide, the first hotel restaurant outside France to do so. After leaving the Dorchester, Chef Anton created a private dining club called Mosimann’s, a cookery school, and other enterprises in the hospitality industry. He has also presented television programmes in the UK and Switzerland. In 2000, Chef Anton received the Royal Warrant of Appointment to HRH The Prince of Wales for catering and, in 2011, he was chosen to cook for 300 guests at the Gala Dinner and Wedding Breakfast for HRH Prince William and Catherine Middleton in Buckingham Palace. He has now cooked for four generations of the British Royal family as well as at No. 10 Downing Street for the last five Prime Ministers. In 2004, Chef Anton received an OBE award from Her Majesty The Queen for his work and contribution to the tourism and food industry. He is also a chevalier of the French Ordre National du Mérite Agricole, an order awarded by the President of France for distinguished civil and military achievements. Chef Anton has catered for leading public figures worldwide and has won several international awards including Personality of the Year (1986), an honorary degree from Bournemouth University (1998), an honorary Doctorate of Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, Charleston, USA as well as Honorary Professor at Thames Valley University in the UK and Master Chef ’s Diploma-The youngest Chef to receive this Diploma from Switzerland (1972).

Sanjeev Kapoor is the most celebrated face of Indian cuisine today. He is a master chef, TV show host, author of bestselling cookbooks, restaurateur, co-owner of TV channel ‘Food Food’ and winner of several prestigious culinary awards. about CHEF OSAMA EL-SAYED
With marked enthusiasm for his subject and expertise in the cooking field, Chef Osama El-Sayed, C.E.C. can take his audience through a world of culinary delights in several easy steps. With an audience of over a million viewers on several continents, Chef Osama has learned to take complex cooking techniques and recipes then simplify them for basic home cooks. Chef Osama writes a syndicated column that appears in magazines in the Middle East and is happiest behind the stove with his apron on. Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. Chef Osama graduated from the Hotel Technical Institute in Cairo, and apprenticed with the El-Nile Hilton International Hotel. He immigrated to Washington D.C. and landed his first chef ’s position with the renowned Serbian Crown restaurant. While there, with the Hiatt Management Group, he honoured his skills and understanding of continental cuisines such as French, Russian, and Serbian. His next career move took him to Braun’s Fine Caterers in Lanham, Maryland, where he served dignitaries in the political and diplomatic communities as well as numerous members of the foreign community. Throughout this period, he worked as the Corporate Executive Chef for one of America’s largest social caterers, Martin’s Caterers. There he created and developed an innovative Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) recipe guide. He also developed and implemented the Technical Specifications, Nutritional Labeling, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) submitted to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the operation of a federally inspected meat and poultry processing facility. During this time he also orchestrated banquet presentations for former US President William ‘Bill’ Clinton and Vice President Al Gore. Since his arrival in the United States, Chef Osama has built up a solid reputation as a first-class chef capable of meeting strict demands and deadlines while producing exquisite food. He undertook extensive studies of French cooking, in which he became a chief instructor for, and continues his mastery of numerous other cuisines. He also manages to find time to teach cookery to children and donate his talents to worthy charitable events. He is an active member of the Capital Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), from which he has earned the designation of Certified Executive Chef. He is also a member of the Epicurean Club, the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), as well as an active member in the Emirates culinary guild. Chef Osama is affiliated with Braun P&G as ambassador and culinary consultant; with Kenwood as an ambassador and spokesperson; with PepsiCo as a culinary consultant and Arla Foods also as a culinary consultant.
