Let Go of These 4 Things & Create The Life

You Really Want

A

ll too often we are told the things we need to do, and the things we need to give up in order to achieve some person we are being molded to be. While some of these events are valid, there are many times where people do not know what is best for your life, or your circumstances. When it comes to setting goals and chasing those goals, make sure it is relevant to you and your life. Here are a few things you should let go of, and what you should replace them with. THE Dream There is a difference between chasing the “American Dream completed with the white picket fence. But who wants that? If every house on your block was like that, it might start to remind you of something out of the Twilight Zone. Instead of chasing a dream that everyone else wants, chase what is important to you. For many of us this is easier said than done, but look for small ways to work towards your dreams. Age and circumstance should never stop you from being the person you have always wanted to be. Security Living a cushy safe life is great for some people, but pushing your boundaries and taking risks is what makes life exciting. The difference between living and thriving are the amount of passion you put into your life. If you take a job that is below you, just for the paycheck and you stay there, you are not doing yourself a favor. Instead, apply to that job you think you may not get. You can learn on the job and, who knows, it may be one of the most exciting careers you have ever had! Having a roof over your head is a given, but outside of that, push the boundaries of

things and mix up your life some. Material Things There is an all too common saying that money does not buy happiness, and it rings true every day. You can get millions of dollars and buy every toy you have ever wanted, the biggest house that can be built and so on. Over time, these will lose their luster. Instead of focusing on things, focus on the experiences. Taking a trip with your family or loved one, the time you spent on those expensive toys. Most of all, enjoy the moments that money or things were not involved. A walk with your partner, spending time with family or even playing fetch with your dog. Approval of Others

I leave this for last because it is one of the most important things people need to drop. Not only are you hindering yourself from becoming the person you want to be, you put too much weight into the thoughts of others who have not listened to your ideas or lived your experiences. So many people regret never being able to chase the profession they have dreamed of, other are even prevented from entering college. Those who are in your life, and you feel are holding you back, take the leap and try it for yourself. Chasing your dreams is something grand and noble to do, but be sure you are pursuing your dreams and not someone else’s. In this world, the possibilities are endless. Why tie yourself down to just a single path, explore this world and enjoy your life. No matter your age or circumstance, it is never too late to go after what truly matters to you. www.learning-mind.com 2015 JUNE

A simple decision

IS ALL THAT it takes to start Loren Ridinger

How did it all start? When did you decide to go after your dreams? We made the decision to pursue our dreams when we stopped listening to people telling us that our idea wouldn’t work. We simply made the decision to make it happen and create our own circumstances and opportunity. A simple decision is all that it takes to start. Market America started in 1992 working from our modest home in North Carolina. There were so many obstacles and challenges in the early days. Having an Internet shopping company and an online cosmetics company (Motives Cosmetics) was even more challenging in 1992 when no one shopped online. In fact, most people didn’t even own a computer in 1992. So, the concept seemed impossible to others, but not to my husband JR, my family, or our team. We started the business with very little capital; however, we had a clear vision, passion and a strong desire to

10 2015 JUNE

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

succeed and do something that had never been done before. It’s never easy being a pioneer, but the payoff is so rewarding in so many ways. What’s your biggest passion in life? What drives you every morning? Well, my daughter is my biggest inspiration, but my biggest passion is to help other people succeed. It’s something that most people won’t do. People are afraid to help other people succeed because of their fear that they will be better than them, or they will replace them. Some people won’t help others because they don’t have the time. We make time to help others, which is what we do best. In our business, we help other people achieve time and financial freedom by teaching them how to work for themselves. Our company provides people access to our business, technology and products like Motives

Cosmetics. They can share these products with others and make money. I love helping others, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s life positively change personally and financially. One of the greatest things about Motives Cosmetics is that it not only makes you beautiful on the outside, but it also enhances the beauty from within. I believe that when you look your best, you feel your best. How do you feed your mind every day? I only surround myself with positive people. It is a requirement. I refuse to be around people who are negative and bring negative energy. Listen, it is tough enough to succeed, so why make it harder by keeping the naysayers around you who will only bring you down. I prefer to surround myself with a group of people who support and encourage my efforts and success. I keep a very small group of friends. Thankfully, you can choose the people to be with, so choose wisely. What is success to you? Success to me is different today than it used to be. Of course, in the early days, success was making

money to pay the bills. Today, success is more about learning to balance my family and personal time with work. Having time freedom is critical to the formula of success. All work and no play isn’t fun for anyone. For me, success is the ability to live life on your own terms. Success is having the financial freedom to do the things you want to do, spend time with your family and grandchildren as well as helping others achieve their goals and dreams. Is your strategy replicable? Of course, this is what makes our business so attractive. We actually have created a business model that anyone can be a part of and duplicate with others. If you were given $50 to start a business, how would you do it? I would start my own business with Market America. However, if that was not an option, I would identify a product in a niche market that people need. I would find a manufacturer to make it at and use social media to build the brand and market it. With today’s technology, it is no longer necessary to spend a lot of money for

advertising and marketing. Social media has leveled the playing field. Motives Cosmetics has used social media to attract new customers with virtually no cost. Social media, with the visual impact of Instagram has enhanced the Motives brand image with all of the beautiful looks created by many talented women. If you would interview 3 successful people who they would be? Princess Diana, Ronald Reagan, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis What do you envision yourself doing when you turn 80? Exactly the same thing I am doing now…helping people achieve time and financial freedom. When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Words of wisdom. What would you like to say to the people that are just starting on their journey to success? Don’t let anything or anyone stop you. Find a mentor and ask for help. Do the hardest things first every day. Never give up. Dream big because you will never be bigger than your dreams.

Papa Joe

HE NEVER GAVE UP HOPE

Papa Joe’s real name is Joe Bradford. He comes from a humble background. Born in Nashville but growing up in a small country town west of Nashville, his only family consisted of his grandmother, mother and sister. Some people would give up, but Papa Joe chose to stand and inspire the world. His is a touching story that can be summed up in four words: a walk of love. He is the founder and director of Elijah’s Heart. In his journey, he has come across people facing extreme poverty and has led him to want to do his part to change this. He is the father of love and is in a journey to ensure people can take the necessary steps to walk their own journey of love. Papa Joe’s real name is Joe Bradford. He comes from a humble background. Born in Nashville but growing up in a small country town west of Nashville, his only family consisted of his grandmother, mother and sister. Through the years, his life took a tumultuous course: poverty was his everyday life and he spent time behind bars for computer hacking. The worst would still be ahead: he went through a tough time, fighting kidney disease. All this time, he did not know the circumstances of his present life was preparing for something greater than his wildest dreams.

While he fought the life-threatening kidney disease, financial constraints forced him and his wife, Denise to relocate into one of Nashville’s project communities. He gives the story of how his life began to turn around at a time when his life and that of his family seemed to have hit the rock bottom. One morning, at their front door window they saw their neighbor, a young girl staring. Denise out of compassion gave the little girl some candy and to their surprise, the girl returned with her siblings. Denise in the same spirit gave them candy and in just one week about fifty children were at their front door. The children did not only want candy, they also faced various other challenges. With the

meager resources Joe and Denise had, they began helping these children including supplying their basic and emotional needs. Joe and Denise have a background in music so they formed a choir comprising of the children in that neighborhood and other neighborhoods. He had no idea that what would happen during one of their practice sessions would change Joe’s life forever. He says one day during meal time, one young girl who had a swollen eye came up to Joe. Apparently, the swelling was as a result of being hit by her angry, drug-addicted mother. Joe seeing the fright in the girl 2015 JUNE

The rest of the children in the room followed suit. Joe was overwhelmed. The day’s practice would stop there as Joe unsuccessfully fought back his tears. The children wanted to know what he had decided the next time they met. He chose to accept the challenge of being those children’s surrogate father. He told them they could call him Papa Joe. The name stuck. From then, Add Papa Joe and his wife dedicated their lives to helping children in need. In 2005, they founded Elijah’s Heart, a non-profit organization. The main mission was to show love and bring aid to underprivileged children and their families. Today, Elijah’s Heart is a national non-profit whose works of love have touched and transformed thousands of lives. Currently, Elijah’s Heart is joining forces with others throughout the

Papa Joe’s story has also been made into a Hollywood film. The movie, ‘Unconditional’ has gained immense popularity in churches, schools, and even prisons. In this film, Papa Joe who was serving as a coproducer was involved in the elaborate process of adapting his inspirational life story for the big screen. A child aspiring to be a doctor would be connected to a practicing doctor for inspiration. He has come up with an acronym for Papa, the name many children have come to know his by. It stands for Purpose, Attitude, Plan and Action. Papa Joe Bradford hopes his story continues to inspire many more. His passion drives him in everything he does.

Papa Joe sums it all by saying he wants to make love popular. He wants more people to come on board and help the children

A successful pioneer in gamification Yu-kai Chou As a disillusioned college student, Yu-Kai Chou began to question the corporate system. Twelve years later, he was a successful pioneer in a new system – Gamification. The old adage goes “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” Chou doesn’t see it that way. Instead, Chou believes that every interaction, whether it be to entertain, inform, engage, or measure, can be made more stimulating with the addition of game elements. “My career really jumpstarted when I began to see my life as a game, around 2003,” Chou said. “I was very heavy into video games then.” According to a recent poll, over 97% of American children have dedicated some time to video games. And they lay often, with at least 50% of those respondents admitting they’d played sometime within the last day. “I’d spend thousands of hours building myself in a game, and when I quit the game I felt kind of empty.” Chou said. “I realized I could have spent all those hours picking up a new language or learning violin and I’d be high-level in real life instead of the game.”

18 2015 JUNE

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

Chou was beginning to piece together some of the early elements of his system and saw himself as the perfect test subject. “Once I saw my life as a game, I became good at everything I did. Before, I did the bare minimum of what I needed to do, and I spent my time on games. But when you play a game, you never do the bare minimum, you have to be the best you can be.” The system was working. Chou was onto something larger than he could have imagined. He began to work on the Gamification concept. “I started to be very practical. I started my first business my first year of college and it built from there. I started to build a brand and was seeking opportunities.” Now Chou travels the world. He’s done gigs for big names like TEDx and SouthbySouthwest. “I was very lucky,” Chou admits. “Back when I started in gamification, and back then there wasn’t even this word, no one really knew what it was. But I believed in the power of game design.”

19

“[Then] All these big fortune 500 companies began to say ‘Hey we need gamification’ and this is across the board in several different countries. [These companies] look around and find that I’m one of the people that’s been doing it the longest. That got me so many opportunities.” Chou was in the big time now. His hobby had gone large-scale, and he with it. “When gamification got big, a lot of people jumped on it because there was money in it. But these people weren’t passionate about it, they just saw it as a way to make quick money. So they really just threw around what we call points, badges, and leaderboards.”

As described by Chou, these systems relied on game elements which were simply not engaging enough. “So a lot of companies that tried gamification were disillusioned, they were like ‘Is that all there is?’” Chou had to make himself stand out. He began to do research to further develop his system. “Another reason for the success is because I published my framework for Octalysis,” Chou said. “When I published my system, which breaks down motivation’s 8 core drives, the things that really motivate us, suddenly everyone saw that wow there really was some science behind it. It combined game design with motivational psychology and behavioral economics

20 2015 JUNE

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

and its given people results. The blog post that I published was translated into 14 different languages.” But Chou wasn’t always on the rise. He admits, he’d lost faith in the system. “Almost all university colleges prepare you to be cog in the system, in the corporate world, and not an entrepreneur. They teach you to follow all these rules to getting where you need to be. But not knowing the boundaries, not knowing where the box is, is how you become successful.” “People say that kids these days don’t have a good work ethic, that they’re disheartened by failure. But when it comes to games kids have amazing work ethic.” Chou said. “Kids wake up at three in the morning, log in, and try to level up their characters. It becomes fun, no one makes you do it.”

But games won’t pay bills. “Real life is important, but it’s also boring. Games are not important, but fun. So if you combine the two, if you put the fun in the importance of life, suddenly everything becomes engaging and now you’re doing well at everything you do pretty much.” Chou believes that the earlier we take his concepts and apply them to our life, the earlier we become successful. “You want to risk the most when you have the least to lose. I started my business my first year in college, I had very little to lose, I didn’t have to pay a mortgage, and I started earlier than all of my peers in terms of building my career.” “I’m only 28 and I have students who are 40 and older. It’s not because I’m smarter than people, it’s because I found a game and I started playing it early. I found a game and mastered it. Start now. The earlier you start playing this game, the quicker you’ll level up.” Look for Chou’s book Actionable Gamification: Beyond Points, Badges, and Leaderboards out now on Amazon.

Vincent Dolliole Jr.

Revolutionizing Public Transportation with a New App By Salvador Silva-Rodriguez

I get up, I read a book,” Dolliole says. “[Then] I look at my goals, all of my goals, and work on how I’m going to achieve all of them. I take some sort of action on them every day.”

24 2015 JUNE

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

Y

oung, steadfast, and quick-witted, Vincent Dolliole Jr, author of Amazon’s Best-Seller The Dream Job Secret: A Proven Guide to Landing Any Job You Want, has established an impeccable entrepreneurial savvy with no hint of stumbling in the near future.

A Vancouver, WA native, Dolliole has always been progressive. “As soon as I [was born] I wanted to be successful. I’d never wanted to be average,” Dolliole tells Worldclass. “I’ve always been someone who does what he says he’s going to do and goes big no matter what.” This drive for success and ostracism of mundanity is the key, Dolliole believes, to achieving our goals. Never one to waste a moment, Dolliole invites his audiences to challenge themselves throughout their day-to-day. His own daily regiment keeps him sharp and in-tune. “I get up, I read a book,” Dolliole says. “[Then] I look at my goals, all of my goals, and work on how I’m going to achieve all of them. I take some sort of action on them every day.”

It’s known that most successful people outline their goals and work to actively shape them into fruition. But there’s a method to the madness. While large, sweeping goals are respected, they require a lot of time and energy. The successful person knows their limits and sets daily, achievable goals for themselves. Some even say it’s best to eliminate long-term goals altogether and instead establish smaller, daily goals to achieve the larger vision more easily.

“I’m hiring teams of two for two hour cleanings based on rooms in a particular house,” Dolliole stated. “The service is going to be called TrendyMaids and our website will be launching soon.” In addition to TrendyMaidsm, Dolliole is working with two consultants on a new transportation app. “I met these two guys at conference in LA and we’ve been texting, calling, and communicating ever since.”

Dolliole himself used this method when creating his book. He didn’t set out to write a book, but instead sat down day by day to write as much as he could. He explains: “I took about a week or two and pretty much dedicated every day in that week or two just to writing the book and nothing else.”

Dolliole says the app will allow communication between bus patrons to allow one to signal to another if they are running late and would like to hold up the bus. He hopes this new service will help bus patrons connect while maximizing the efficiency of the system overall. “[Imagine] you could just go on an app, press a button, and alert the nearest person at a bus stop to hold the bus.”

Successful people don’t rely on single assets to raise their wealth, and accordingly, writing isn’t the only instrument in Dolliole’s tool belt. Dolliole has a cleaning service and an app in progress.

Though Dolliole is success-minded, he says his family didn’t raise him to be. “No one in my household really thinks the same as me. I’m pretty much the first to do anything like this.”

As soon as I [was born] I wanted to be successful. I’d never wanted to be average

He says his parents are supportive, but never raised him to be so business affluent. “My parents were shocked when they found out how well I was doing. I sent a book to my grandparents and they were in awe.” “I was at a party when I first told my mom and she was incredibly supportive and congratulated me, especially when I told her I had reached best-seller status.” His family hasn’t been much of an inspiration, so instead he looks towards proven entrepreneurial successes for guidance. “Currently I would say [I look up to] Elon Musk, Richad Branson, Robert Downey Jr., and the editor of World Class, Katrina Starzhynskaya.” He’s boiled down their success stories to one thing. “Just dream big,” he says. “Don’t settle for average. You should want to do something with your life, achieve something huge! Something people are still going to be talking about once you’re dead.” Look out for Dolliole’s book The Dream Job Secret on Amazon, his upcoming book Ambition God, and his cleaning service TrendyMaids. Weight loss and physical fitness Weight loss and physical fitness are often misguided and misdirected efforts. The sheer volume of tips, tricks, guides, and walk-throughs available online overwhelm already exasperated people into remaining inactive and unhealthy. With so many false claims and black-magic diet pills available via the internet, it can be hard to sort through the BS[a] to find useful information, but one man, Clyde Mealy, thinks we’re all over-complicating our situations. After losing over 100 pounds 15 years ago, Mealy managed to keep it off and has tapped into his success to help others struggling with the same issue. Approximately 80% of fat-loss and body transformation is achieved through healthy eating, proper supplementation, stress management, and[b] adequate sleep. Furthermore, our hormones, i.e., estrogen, testosterone, cortisol, adiponectin, and others play a major role in how the body processes food. I would recommend to see your medical/ fitness professional to check if these hormone levels are sabotaging your fat-loss/lean muscle goals. “I got into fitness because I was unhealthy,” Mealy said. “Now I work with current and former military in Hawaiii[c] and California. I do general fitness too. Outdoors, on the beach, and in people’s homes.[d] I try to change lifestyles one person at a time.” Mealy graduated Temple University, Main Campus, with a degree in Political Science, but changed his career path after his transformation- going from 46% body fat to under 10%. Seeing others suffer through the same troubles he had gone through, Mealy began working towards an industry personal training certification.

Mr. Mealy has a fitness nutrition certification and he is recognized as a Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). In addition to his already voluminous resume, he recently received a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences from California University of Pennsylvania. And, it doesn’t end there. Mealy has current credentials that include NASM-Master Trainer, Corrective & Performance Exercise Specialist, Weight-Loss, Senior & Women’s Fitness, and Muscle Activation Techniques - (MAT JPT), Gray Institute Applied Functional Science (CAFS), TRX-Suspension Training Certification, and The International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) HSSC, and is heavily involved with the Wounded Warrior Project.

It can be a youth needing help with sports performance, someone overweight, or someone with injuries who needs rehabilitation,” Mealy said. “You get one body in this lifetime, so I believe it is to our advantage to strengthen and nourish it to best of our ability.” Though his workout regimens and nutrition are tailored to specific people (partnered with Lori Chang, Registered Dietician) and scenarios. Mealy recommends staying hydrated, taking supplements, eating high-quality protein, good fat(s), and fiber with every meal. Beginning a workout that is tailored to the individuals specific needs to obtain optimal results. In addition to strength training, calisthenics, and cardiovascular/endurance exercises, Mealy enjoys Yoga ( Kaleen Lugo, Instructor) twice a week for flexibility and recovery. He believes we should

set daily goals for ourselves and work hard to not only reach those goals, but go beyond them. “I get at least twelve-thousand steps a day (6-miles),” Mealy said. “My goal is to do twenty-thousand (10-miles).” Start with baby steps, literally. It is said that an average person who takes an hour long walk at a slow pace (even just a mile or two an hour) can burn up to 150 calories (on average 50 to 100 calories). Up the ante at four miles an hour and that same person can be burning up to 240 calories. Heavier set people have even more to gain (or lose rather) as they burn calories more quickly. If an overweight person tackled the above two 60-minute walks, they could burn approximately 200 or 350 calories respectively. Running can approximately burn four times the calories per hour. So it’s true that any physical activity helps. Though he is a firm believer that anyone can apply the principles he teaches to their lives to make them better, 2015 JUNE

Stephanie Brennan Having Her Chocolate Bar And Eating It Too By Jennifer Niskanen

S

tephanie Brennan, owner of Step Loans, faced a pivotal moment when she was five years old, having earned her first fifty cents of pocketmoney from her Mom. Looking down at the chocolate bar she was about to purchase, she realized that if she could make another fifty cents, she could have both the chocolate bar and the money. Brennan names that moment as what gave her a life-long passion and drive to make more money and in turn more options, which has led her to become the business woman she is today, “For any entrepreneur or business person, there is always one moment in their life that challenged them to want to more out of it.” Step Loans is one of a kind, mortgage and finance broking company and the only one in Australia that offers the services they do, “I started the business based on my own experiences with investing to ensure that no-one felt as lost as what I did when I first started.” Step Loans coaches people through the investing process, along

with managing all aspects of their client’s financial needs, including business advice through the consulting arm of the business. They help clients manage the after purchase expenses that come with buying a home, investments or a car and also offer workshops and seminars across a range of topics. They are always sharing their knowledge and experience with others, They have also partnered with 32 lenders and 19 service partners, from which they receive no financial benefit when referring clients to ensure clients have access to independent advice and guidance.” “We specialize in retirement strategies, but often, when you say that, people think that we are working solely with the older generation, when what we are trying to do is to encourage the younger generation to start thinking about their investments and their retirement sooner, rather than later. Whether that’s property, shares, cash or a business, Step Loans is about customizing each strategy to each individual and ensuring we fine-tune any existing ideas our clients have. Our motto at Step Loans is that, ‘We know knowledge is power, but to us the implementation of knowledge is even more powerful.’ And so, we don’t just provide financial information, we are here to help you implement it through to fruition,” Stephanie Brennan. Brennan continues to hold growth and further development as a constant goal, both for her business and herself, personally. In the next five years, she will grow the consulting and educational arm of her business and open an office in every Australian state, with the view to expand the business into the US and UK. She also plans to increase her charity work and develop a work placement program where street youths could develop their business skills and either grow within the company or utilize these skills in the career paths of their choosing. She also plans to continue investing in properties with the view to purchase two to three properties each year to reach a total of 21 properties within the next 5 years. “My passion is for retirement strategies, and for me, starting in my own life, gives me a greater ability to help others that may also wish to have a large property portfolio.”

We asked Brennan to share with us more detail about herself and her vision: What’s your proudest achievement in the last 5 years and why? My proudest achievement is my ability to inspire others, to me, that epitomizes success. There is no feeling to describe how rewarding and touching it is that I get up every day loving what I do, excited to start what others deem work and that this love and this passion inspires others to not only pursue their own passion but to strive for more, in any and all aspects of their own lives. I find myself very lucky and fortunate that I am able to share in others’ journey and watch them grow and succeed with confidence. How do you approach challenges in your business? I approach challenges with the view that leadership is simply learning in front of more people and that every challenge is an opportunity for growth, not just for myself and my team but also for the business as a whole. It is so true that you learn more from your failures than you do your successes, and there are times when timelines aren’t met. You overspend because your budget constantly needs refining. You struggle to meet enough clients, and it is hard — so hard, that there are times you are so overwhelmed by the pressure you’ve placed on yourself to succeed. But, somehow that same pressure is what ultimately ends up motivating you and driving you further forward. I will never forget the most valuable lesson I have learned and that is, failure precedes success, and often, as entrepreneurs and business owners, we set goals for ourselves that we couldn’t possibly achieve until we first grow into the person capable, competent and confident enough to achieve them. How are you leveraging technologies to transform your business? With social media you can now reach 100 million people in the space of 4 months, and yet with radio or TV, back in the day, to reach half this amount of people it took between 12–38 years. It is incredible, so we utilize this as much as possible, and we combine other aspects of media, such as radio and print because we can then share it across our

social media platforms. We also utilize new systems, virtual businesses and apps to make our day-to-day operations easier and more streamlined. Technology has also helped us to reach clients across Australia and globally, without having to relocate or start with an office presence in each state or country. What’s the most significant change you’ve brought to the business? Systematizing the business — by systematizing the business, it ensures that everything runs like a well oiled machined. It is exactly why McDonald’s has been so successful. Everything in your business should follow a process, even down to how you make coffee so that every client receives the same experience from you. I’ve also started to implement job descriptions when hiring to explain why the role is important to the business and the potential growth in the role, as well as what qualities we are looking for. I believe it empowers staff and shows how vital their part and their role is within our company. Too often I see businesses take their team for granted, especially their receptionist and office cleaner., never under estimate how important a first impression is. What risks have you identified for your business, and how do you plan to manage them? There are plenty of risks: risks with managing staff, with growing too quickly, with working out how to franchise the business, both domestically and internationally. There is always the fear that you will either not have the money to cope with how quickly you grow, or not have the manpower, so learning how to get that balance right is important. To cope with those risks, and I am sure the many more I will find along the way, I am able to consult a number of mentors who support me through this journey. This allows me to gauge their perspectives and to break down my overall goal into smaller, more manageable pieces. What is your daily routine? My daily routine consists of waking each morning at 5:00 a.m., reading for 45 minutes, then going to the gym for an hour, and after having breakfast, my green tea and, of course, showering, I get into the office around 7:30–8:00 a.m. My days are structured so I can maximize my time with meetings, business planning, networking, workshop preparation, book writing, researching legislative changes, reviewing KPIs, just to name a few. I try to finish up around 6:00 p.m., and usually, I am out to dinner or off to a function. Hopefully, I am home and in bed by 10:00 p.m. For any more information, visit their website: www. steploans.com.au or connect with them through social media. Craig Sewing

Uncovering the American Dream

C

raig Sewing is a passionate leader based in San Diego, who is also wellknown nationwide. A humble and selfproclaimed “college dropout,” Sewing is truly a successful entrepreneur. With essentially no experience, he miraculously developed a media network, consisting of both a television and a radio show, where, as a host, he cuts through media noise, tackling consumer issues head-on with a bit of an edge. He’s clearly not a fan of the 24/7 news cycle and does not pull any punches when it comes to sharing his feelings about it. He tends to tie politics into his message and states, “between politics and media, we don’t know which is the tail wagging the dog, but what we do know is the American public is on the losing end.” His message is designed to be something different — something that goes against the grain of the mainstream media, with a vicious passion for having a positive impact on the lives of those who follow him. Proudly, he states many times over, he has an allstar team of partners, who he calls the “ELITE” of the

financial and real estate sector, which carry the flag with him. He speaks very highly of these relationships, and one of his proudest accomplishments is success in media from aligning partners, not advertisers. Between speaking engagements, running a media empire and acting as an industry coach, Sewing seldom takes time off. If you were to ask him, he’d tell you he doesn’t need it. “Balance is something seminar speakers pitch to sound well put together. It’s dumb. Find passion in everything in your life, your family, friends, hobbies and work — you won’t ever feel imbalanced. In fact, your work should be your favorite hobby, not something you need to balance.” When it comes to business, Sewing isn’t just doing his own thing. This is one entrepreneur that other entrepreneurs proudly follow as well. He often uses the word synergy to describe his business alignments. He said, “I guess you could say it started when I was mowing lawns and shoveling snow in Missouri . . . . For what I was paid, in today’s litigious society, I could have probably sued my parents for underpaying me, but you know what, I learned a priceless lesson on work.”

The content of Sewing’s media programs tends to be pretty diverse, ranging from current events to politics and everyday life. He often mentions that his goal is to “go to bat for his audience with street smart advice.” elaborating, “Every day, we get headlines. Most biased, and misleading in many ways. Our shows attacks those headlines, no matter what they are. Ultimately, we take the broad topic, and try and break it down to these three components. What does it mean? Why should I care? What can I do about it?” That seems to be working for the Sewing ELITE crew, as the growth seems to be exponential, and this leader seems almost delusionally passionate about it. If you dig into how Sewing got started in the media, it certainly wasn’t easy for him. After working in New York city, at MTV in Times Square, Sewing found himself broke and at a crossroads. He decided to drop out of college and pursue a career in the real estate/ mortgage industry, a decision, “my parents are still scratching their head about,” he says. Sewing quickly validated the decision, becoming one of the country’s top producing mortgage originators almost overnight and grew to become the #1 branch of Benchmark 2015 JUNE

Mortgage, out of 314 nationwide, and he never looked back — so much for needing that degree. In 2010, a rare opportunity to re-enter the media arena occurred, and Sewing jumped on the opportunity to host his own radio show, with zero experience of doing so. As he put it, he “had no idea what to do or how to do it, but, when presented the opportunity, I was behind the mic within a week.” Starting a radio show at 7 a.m., on Sunday Mornings, Sewing remembers waking up when it was dark out, “to host a show that nobody was listening to, not even my own mother.” Fast forward to today, and he is now hosting a daily radio show, as well as a TV show called “The American Dream,” that he plans to syndicate nationwide. This seems to just be the tip of the iceberg of all of the things growing underneath the Craig Sewing brand. When asked where he attributes all of this momentum, he states boldly, “everything I’ve created is based upon relationships.” That is something which he is quite fond of and believes he learned from his parents, not only from the strong bond they have in their marriage, but from the way they celebrate life with their friends. On the topic of making money, Sewing seems to not even care for the topic, unless it’s giving others advice on it. “If you do something that you’re passionate about, enjoy it, and develop the right relationships with others of a similar mindset; money will follow.” He claims that’s the most important thing about being an entrepreneur, “You cannot be motivated by money. If you are, you’re not going to make it very far. I’ve had over 100k in real debt if money is what dictated my mood, I would’ve been a really unhappy person at one point.” Sewing clearly does well financially and finds more interest in other topics. When asked where he learned his value system, he suggested it was never taught, rather instilled into him. Living in the Midwest, Sewing would grow up watching his father run

a small cafeteria in the heart of St. Louis. “He was up in the morning when it was dark, and didn’t get home until dark on the flip-side,” he said. This was a business that was owned and operated by Sewing’s father, David Sewing and his uncles Norman and Norbert Sewing, who took over the original ownership of the cafeteria from their own father, Elmer Sewing, in a pre-civil rights era. Sewing also insists on giving credit to his Mother, Julie Sewing who made it all possible by “holding down the fort at home.” Growing up, Sewing remembers the cafeteria was called “The Salad Bowl,” having primarily an African-American customer base. Despite a difference in color, and at a time when racial tensions were significantly higher than today’s environment, it wasn’t exactly a popular thing to do. His father and uncles treated all the customers equally, in spite of living in a time when it may not have been viewed favorably by many others. “The place would be packed with long lines of customers who absolutely loved these men. You would think my Dad, who owned the place, would be able to skip the line, grab the food, and head back to the office,” but David Sewing and his brothers had a different approach, “He would go through the line like everyone else. After we got through the line, we would sit down and eat our meals and get to know the customers.” This is something David Sewing and his brothers did just about every single day. Sewing proceeded to talk about how the world has changed, but these life lessons are timeless. “In today’s business world, we have so many ways to connect with people. There are no shortage of business books or seminars giving advice or gimmicks on how to get in touch with your niche customer, even with the simple click of a mouse, but it all leads back to a handshake. I don’t care what widget you have, nothing takes the place of a relationship, and my goal is to never eat alone.”

We asked Sewing about things he does when he’s not on the clock. If you think he’s tough on the job, you should get to know his diet and overall health habits. If you don’t find him in a gym in the early a.m. hours, you’ll see him climbing on a rock wall or strapping up gloves and training in Muay Thai kickboxing. At 6’4 and in great physical shape, when he’s not beating up heavy bags, he is an avid meditator, spending time every day to disconnect from the noise, and center himself. Living in San Diego, you might find Sewing dressed in a full business suit, yet sitting casually at the beach preparing for his day with meditation. “My goal is to win every day and not let any of the days blend together.”

that the way he wins is to eagerly find his next failure to learn from.

Settling down doesn’t seem to be on the horizon for Sewing. In fact, it seems to terrify him, “As long as the world keeps moving forward, so will I.” Despite his accomplishments, Sewing is surprisingly very humble. This was very well illustrated when he was asked to give one word that’s the reason for his success; his answer was “failure.” Sewing passionately describes

Make sure you follow Craig onine for ground breaking business tacktics:

Sewing left us with some advice, “The world class entrepreneur is willing to keep moving forward, continue to try new things and is wildly curious. Adversity and failure just serve as opportunities to learn, and when you can replace fear with that faith, all will work out. And, don’t forget to have some manners, and treat people well along the way, and have fun too.” Sewing has a serious demeanor, but this entrepreneur clearly knows how not take life too seriously, and his ride to the top doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon.

Dr. Kourosh Maddahi

A CLEAR CHOICE FOR DENTAL

CARE

By Jennifer Niskanen Dr. Kourosh Maddahi started to participate in makeover television shows in the early 2000s, pioneering the dentistry subfield of AntiAging Dentistry. By analyzing how the position of the teeth impact the lower third of the face, he is able to not only improve the smile itself, but to provide support for facial features like the lips and cheeks that lose their elasticity over time making a person appear 10 years younger in just 2 weeks. He has also developed an expanding oral hygiene product line that is much more natural, healthy and effective than many other alternatives. His mouthwash uses Dead Sea salt to preserve the ecosystem in the mouth, while neutralizing the toxins of bad bacteria, instead of killing, or creating harmful effects with sodium saccharin, SLS, artificial dyes or preservatives. Oral Essentials is free of alcohol, dyes, preservatives, sugar, BPA, and is non-toxic and non-acidic with a pH of 7.3. It’s currently selling on Amazon for $15.99. His practice is one of the few that use BPA-free tooth colored fillings and materials that are in the 96th percentile for being hypoallergenic. He is also known for his speed when it comes to smile improvement, through his use of technology such as a Scan Tek sensor that can measure the force applied to each tooth, and a CAD/CAM machine for same day crowns. People fly from all over the world to have a complete dental makeover in just a week to ten days. To find out more, we spoke to him at length:

A: I’ve been a cosmetic dentist for 28 years and when I say cosmetic dentist, it means that I don’t do any gum surgery, I don’t do root canals, I don’t do anything but procedures involving veneers, crowns and tooth colored fillings. Over my 28 years, I have pushed the envelope in a lot of areas. In the late 80s, early 90s I was one of the first in my field to use veneers to straighten out teeth for those people who didn’t want to do braces. That was radical at the time.

the ingredients themselves, but because they have an artificial dye in them. In an age where we are so worried about the brightness and the whiteness of our teeth, and we’re doing bleachings and whitenings and Crest White Strips, and all of these different things, why would we want to rinse our teeth with something that has artificial dye in it? On top of that, why would we rinse our mouths with something that contains alcohol in it, or SLS, which is used in detergents and engine degreasers? These are common ingredients in mainstream brand names and they are not things I would want any of my patients to put in their mouths. The important thing to understand about that is anything you put in your mouth gets absorbed into your blood stream very quickly. So, what you use for oral hygiene doesn’t just affect your teeth and gums, it affects your whole body. If it’s not something you would feel safe eating, you shouldn’t put it in your mouth, even if you are spitting it out after 60 seconds.

Q: Your line, Oral Essentials, how is it different from conventional mouth wash? A: Have you ever seen a clear mouthwash? . . . When I ask that question, 99 percent of the time the answer comes back no, because there really aren’t many. The question is why? When I started to look at the market I found that most of what’s available is colored. Not because of

Q: Where is it available? Where can people find it? A: The Oral Essentials Mouthwash is already available on Amazon and our website, www.oralessentials. com, as well as dental offices around the country. That was a great sign that we had formulated something worthwhile. We started getting all of these orders from dental offices for it. When the toothpaste comes out it will be the same thing. Q: You are also known for providing biodentistry and not all cosmetic dentists provide biodentistry, so can you tell me more about the whole philosophy behind it and what your services in biodentistry are? A: I think the better way to describe it is to call it biocompatible dentistry. Early on in my practice I found out there were a lot of different materials that could be used inside the mouth that people might have an allergic reaction, and there was no real explanation to this. My patients would come in and I would see inflammation of the gum around any teeth that had crowns on them, and I didn’t quite understand why, no matter what we did, there was still inflammation around the gums. I started to use a

test called the Clifford test, which is a blood test that looks for different antigens and antibodies that are within the blood that show elevated levels towards certain kinds of materials, and with this test we are able to test more than 8,000 different dental materials. Q: You are known for a rapid one week smile makeover, so how do you manage that? A: When you are doing the makeover shows, you’re always under time pressure to make sure something looks really good as fast as possible. On top of that, I always had patients that were coming from out of town and needed this done in a very small window of time. These circumstances pushed me to create techniques that cut out all the extra time. Not to mention I work with some of the best technicians in the world, who work with me exclusively so I can get the best work, in the least amount of time possible. My philosophy has always been to get the work done right the first time, as quickly as possible, and as pain-free as possible for my patients.

Q: And also you offer same day implants and same day crowns, is that the same technology?

A: Understanding what is causing the stains on teeth to begin with is an important aspect of it. As the number of Starbucks are increasing in the United States, people’s consumption of coffee has increased. The same with the popularity of green tea, green juices, and dark berries because of their health benefits. As a wave of people understand that red wine has a good effect on the heart, the consumption of red wine has gone up. All of these trends also have a staining effect on the teeth . . . I suggest people use a vented lid cup, not an open cup, or use a thick straw to consume these things.

A: Same day implants are possible for us because I bring in some of the best oral surgeons to my office to perform those procedures, and with the same day crown, we use a CAD/CAM machine, which is essentially a computer that assists with design and manufacturing crowns and veneers. With that CAD/CAM machine in our office we can make single crowns on the same day. Q: Your office has night-guards and all kinds of therapies to help people with clenching, I understand. Can you tell us about that? A: One of the major issues in my industry is that 20 to 90 million people are actually clenching and grinding their teeth. These habits have many negative side effects, and a lot of the times it can collapse the lower one third of the face. By grinding their teeth, people lose the length of the teeth, and the face becomes squished. So, the use of the nightguards, and educating people so they can get diagnosed is so important for prevention of these problems in the future . . . We can actually heal some of the aches that they have had and by providing patients with night guards and awareness we are making sure that the work is maintained. Q: Do you have any suggestions for your patients to have a healthier and whiter smile if one doesn’t want to undergo a whitening procedure? Is there anything they can do at home?

Q: Many people enjoy coffee all their lives and then their teeth become sensitive because of aging. Is there any solution to that? A: I’m always very worried about the acidity in my patient’s mouths. Coffee causes acidity, carbonated drinks, alcohol, are all highly acidic. We want to stay away from acidic foods because, over time, they break down the enamel, which causes sensitivity, and more importantly, when the enamel gets broken you are more likely to have cavities. Q: If people want to get in touch with you, what is the best way? A: The office number is 310-888-7797, and the website is www.drmaddahi.com. Dr. Saynur Vardar: The Tooth, Body and Mind Connection Written By Jennifer Niskanen

48 2015 JUNE

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

“Our mouth is not separate from our body. It is all connected,” says Dr. Saynur Vardar, of The South Florida Center for Periodontics and Implant Dentistry (http://www.flsmile.com) in Boca Raton where she provides integrative and holistic-minded periodontal and dental implant services. With more than 15 years as a practitioner, researcher and educator, Vardar combines a range of natural and holistic modalities alongside state-of-the-art dental techniques – providing patients with customized treatment plans that approach dental health as an integral part of a whole-body wellness program.

“I chose dentistry as my life’s profession because I have a very analytical and science-driven mind.. I find that dentistry truly combines both. Also, I’ve always had a desire to help people heal. Dentistry gives me the opportunity to experience all of this. As a periodontist, I love doing surgeries and knowing that I am using both science and my hands – almost as a sculptor might – to alleviate my patient’s immediate problem and support them on their path to health and wellness.” — Dr. Saynur Vardar Vardar began her journey in dentistry in her native Turkey. Coming from a culture where many different types of people, philosophies and ways of living frequently coexist, her background played an important role in opening her mind to alternative approaches to healing. “Turkey is a place where East definitely meets West, a place where these two worlds live together in harmony. I have known this my whole life,” says Vardar. She goes on to say, “I believe it is my path to bridge these two worlds – both personally and professionally. So it is natural for me to ask the questions . . . Can we apply this integrative approach to 2015 JUNE

dentistry? Can we blend conventional, modern (Western) dental techniques with complementary (Eastern), holistic practices? Can we look at today’s dentistry in terms of whole-body wellness?” After coming to the United States and practicing conventional dentistry and periodontics for several years, Vardar herself became sick and personally experienced both the frustrations of a strictly allopathic path to wellness, as well as the healing benefits of an integrative approach. “I was diagnosed with 10 different diseases, and left the medical offices with no answers, many questions, and a bottle of pills. I went to numerous specialists, and every one of them suggested that the cause of each illness was something totally separate from the others. There was no one who could connect the symptoms, and give me a more satisfying ‘big picture’ answer,” says Vardar. So she started searching for answers elsewhere. She began looking at her lifestyle, her emotions, her environment and any other factors or imbalances that could contribute to her condition. She changed her diet, did cleansing programs, increased her yoga and meditation, began to exercise daily and got rid of as many negative influences she could – and started to feel healthy again. As she moved towards a more balanced, healthy, fulfilled, lifestyle, her health improved. With all-natural approaches, she says she became a balanced, energized person again. Changing what she ate, how to breathe, how to relax, how to detox -- and putting back what her body was missing – cured her. She started taking classes on integrative and functional medicine. She became a yoga and meditation Instructor. She became certified in hypnotherapy. She started working with other health care practitioners who were committed to integrative, holistic medicine. And as she learned more and more, she started sharing her discoveries with her patients. Eventually, this led her to the concept of integrative dentistry and the practice she has today. “I wanted to share this discovery with my patients. I didn’t want them to feel like, okay, you go to a doctor and the doctor gives you a magic pill and then you’re going to feel fine. But that’s not always what happens. I wanted my patients to experience a focus on health, rather than disease, so that the ultimate goal is overall quality of life and wellbeing – not just getting rid of symptoms. This way of thinking puts the person in the center of their own wellness and considers the individual as a whole unit connected across the body, mind and spirit. I wanted this for my patients.” — Dr. Saynur Vardar Vardar argues that chronic diseases are increasing at a crazy rate, “Right now, 47 percent of the U.S. population has periodontitis, which is a form of gum disease that causes bone loss around the teeth and 47.7 percent of

50 2015 JUNE

Western populations have at least one chronic illness such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.” From a holistic perspective, chronic diseases are lifestyle diseases, so if a person with a particular lifestyle has diabetes, then they are more prone to have cardiovascular disease. Vardar wants to empower her patients to understand that their lifestyle creates their health, and it is their responsibility to control it. The connection between the mouth and the rest of the body is something Vardar spends a lot of time educating her patients about. She warns that infection travels through the blood stream, as well as on inflammatory molecules. Once it gets into the circulatory system, it can get into organs and other tissues. Oral bacteria can travel through the body and is sometimes found in the plaque in the heart. During the last 15 years, there has been a lot of research on this connection and the increased risks of heart disease and poor oral health. Vardar also emphasizes the energetic connections between the mouth and the body. “Every tooth is associated with a specific energy Meridian in the body, as are various other organs and tissues. So a problem tooth on a particular Meridian may create problems in the organs that are also on that Meridian. And vice versa, a problem with an organ or other part of the body could also manifest as a problem tooth. It’s all connected. In order to decrease the risk and occurrence of disease and symptoms, we have to understand that relationship.” — Dr. Saynur Vardar As well as traditional periodontal techniques and treatments, Vardar uses homeopathy, energy medicine, hypnotherapy, breathing techniques and electromagnetic bio-regulation devices to help the body better heal itself and regain natural balance. She also uses nutritional support because she believes that whatever you eat is

what you become. She recommends an anti-inflammatory diet to improve conditions in the mouth and encourage healing. “People see and experience the positive and health-affirming results of a holistic approach, and they want to learn more about these alternative options,” she says.

a reaction to certain materials that we use in the mouth. That’s why we can use biocompatibility testing to individualize. We take their blood and send it for testing. We are looking to see if the patient is allergic to titanium or to any material that we are going to use. It is very customized.” — Dr. Saynur Vardar

Vardar’s integrative approach also extends to the materials she uses such as metal-free, Zirconia implants and a de-emphasis on conventional painkillers. Instead of chemicals and pharmaceuticals, Vardar primarily uses homeopathic preparations, which she asserts work via energy and vibrations –without side effects or drug interactions. She suggests material testing for different materials, and decisions about procedures like root canal treatments are evaluated based on the patients current medical status and the extend of infection.

Vardar says that the heart of her life’s mission is to “live a conscious life and share her experiences.” If someone has never experienced the rewards of an integrative holistic approach to their health, then she considers it an opportunity to open the door to this concept. By helping her patients to look at and manage their periodontal health as a mindful, whole-body experience, then Vardar is satisfied that she has done her job. And if any of her patients are not yet ready for this model, then she is still happy to plant a seed in their mind for the future.

“Many people have allergies and autoimmune diseases now. So this increases the chances that they may have

KURT LEJEUNE SWEET SMILES AND DREAMS WITH COMPREHENSIVE CARE BY JENNIFER NISKANEN Having a comprehensive practice that includes more than just dentistry is important to Dr. Kurt LeJeune of Cypress Dental (http://www.cypressdental.com). “We treat all aspects of someone’s dental needs, and we work closely with our patients’ physicians for them to reach optimal health.” Using the most biocompatible materials, from US certified labs, to construct their restorations are essential to that, as well as following special protocols when removing the amalgam fillings from people’s mouths. For example, providing a mercury safe environment, they give the patient pure oxygen to breathe and use a high-speed evacuation system to remove mercury vapors and dust that come out of old restorations, as well as a rubber dam to protect the patient. “When you’re using biocompatible materials and top-quality materials, you have a more predictable re-sult and high-quality materials last longer,” says LeJeune. A complete smile can be restored in as little as two sessions. According to LeJeune, that kind of regular, quality dental care can have far-reaching aesthetic and health benefits.

“As a dentist, I think that it’s our responsibility to have a complete knowledge of the whole body and how our oral health affects the whole body and it’s systems. Many times, we can help the patient because we see early signs of diseases before physicians do, and many of these conditions or diseases can be recognized early and referred to their physicians at early stages,” Dr. Kurt LeJeune. 52 2015 JUNE

Cypress Dental offers oral appliance therapy to treat sleep apnea, which involves closely follow-ing-up both with both patients and their physician. One of their unique strategies to help deal with this problem is that they actually titrate the oral appliances right in their office, adjusting it under their direct supervision to get more predictable results than many other offices that instead just depends on the individual patients. A sleep study, to check the apnea appliance’s effectiveness at the end of the treatment, when they feel that the appliance has reached it’s maximum effectiveness, also provides a crucial final step to the process. LeJeune explains that wearing such oral appliances to treat sleep apnea is a long-term, possibly even a lifetime com-mitment, but that the direct treatment, supervised by the office, takes about six months, over multiple appointments.

“Statistically, women seek all types of care much more often than men, and it’s often women that push their husbands to come and receive sleep apnea therapy because they’re not in the same bed, or they’re disturbing their sleep. I think, when it comes to seeking health care, women are really the ones rather than men,” Dr. Kurt LeJeune.

That means that apnea treatment can provide better rest for two people, instead of just one. The treatment of migraines, facial and jaw pain is also met in LeJeune’s practice with a holistic, mul-tidisciplinary approach, in keeping with his goal towards his patient’s comprehensive care. It may include nonsurgical treatments and physical therapy modalities, such as trigger-point injec-tions, or the use of different oral appliances. Laser therapy can be used as well in the form of a cold laser that doesn’t produce any heat or cut tissue, which works on the pain and and inflammatory wavelengths to reduce muscle and jaw-joint inflammation and pain, over several sessions. Botox and other cosmetic fillers can be used in the office to relax fine wrinkles around the lips and mouth to further enhance restorations for, “a more youthful and healthy look,” but they can also treat headaches and muscle pain.

“A lot of times, people have dysfunction of the jaw joint and dysfunction of the muscula-ture of the head, neck and face, as a result of jaw joint problems and so that’s what we try to treat. You know when you’re in constant pain, you don’t sleep well, and it does af-fect the overall healing capabilities of the body. We also use a multiple, disciplinary approach to treatment, as well, with the use of other health-care providers, such as physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists,” Dr. Kurt LeJeune.

To avoid problems, like cavities, LeJeune advises daily flossing and consistent preventative dental visits as the most significant things people can do to have a healthy mouth, and thereby, improve the overall health of their body. Usually, most patients return every six months, unless it has been recommended otherwise by a doctor or dentist because some patients build up tartar and plaque faster than others and might need to be seen more frequently.

“There’s been a lot of connections between oral bacteria and common diseases that we suffer from today, like inflammatory diseases and diabetes . . . that has been linked di-rectly back to the bacteria that are found within the mouth. And, the main entryway into the body is in through the mouth, so that’s why it’s important to make sure that you floss daily and seek preventative care on a regular basis,” Dr. Kurt LeJeune. Comprehensive care is more than just sweet talk at LeJeune’s Cypress Dental. They help pa-tients sleep better and feel less pain, working as a team with the patient and their physician, to sweeten smiles and dreams for a healthy body and a good night’s rest.

Ways to Create Your Dream Destiny

WORLDCLASSMAGAZINES.COM

1

BELIEVE- That whatever your heart desires has in itself the power to manifest to reality. What we believe and assume creates most of

our reality and our experience. Believe and hold on to your dreams like a new born baby latches on to her mother.

2

HAVE A VISION-The way you create any positive outcome in your life is to hold on to the vision of your dreams and desires. Its important that you must honestly and accurately assess your current situation and how it relates to your greater vision. When you do this, you engage friction between ‘what is’ and ‘what can be’. This friction is the primary creative force behind the manifestation of any positive outcome. It’s as powerful as the force of gravity.

3

DONT LOOK BACK- Create your future from your future, not your past. The past has a debilitating factor attached to it, especially if its a sad or traumatic memory. When we are determined to Create the life we want, its imperative to look ahead and fuel those future visions with the positive energy that they Will be creating in that future. The precipitating factor of that future positive energy will motivate and inspire you Today.

4

POSITIVE SELF-TALKThe way, the tone, the feelings with which you talk about yourself, sets the tone for all that you are right now. Our thoughts have the capacity to create a filter by which we view our life.

5

LET PROBLEMS EXCITE YOU- Problems I feel are The Divines way of building our spiritual and mental muscles. They come into our lives as op-

If you think of yourself as a Victim, you filter all that happens to you through that lens. That’s why the self talk you adopt is so important: it exerts a powerful influence on your life direction. Positively re-reinforce yourself

that “Yes, I am beautiful. I am successful. I already have what I need to achieve my Dream Destiny.” Talk like a winner and see how Everything IN you and AROUND you works towards making your dream a Reality.

portunities to Create new. They come to tell us that we Need a Newness in our life, a sort of change..and we better get off our backsides to Create that New

Change. Hence a problem MUST infact Excite you… its NOT a cause for stress, rather a cause and way for Creating the life YOU truly Deserve.
