Iconic, inspired and with their arrival in our stores impeccably timed, the new Gucci Timepieces Interlocking Watch Collection is here at World Duty Free.

MUST HAVE WATCHES

NEW GUCCI INTERLOCKING TIMEPIECES Designed by Gucci Creative Director, Frida Giannini, the Collection we are showcasing features the most recognizable of Gucci icons: the interlocking double ‘G’ symbol, first used in the early Sixties and representing the initials of the House founder, Guccio Gucci.

Come in-store for a closer look and you’ll see that the individual watches are fashioned from a broad palette of materials to appeal to both men and women, and suit every occasion. The cases, which display the GG motif, are worked in stainless steel, black or brown PVD, teamed with matching minimalist dials in sun-brushed silver, brown or black, featuring slim, tapered hands, the ‘Gucci’ logo at 12 o’clock and the ‘Swiss Made’ guarantee at 6 o’clock.

Precious variants on the cases see the GG motif fully or partially etched in diamonds and accompanied by a black lacquered dial, or alternatively, worked in 18kt pink gold.

You’ll have a variety of straps to choose from, too – from a metal bracelet to brown or black calfskin and white, brown or black crocodile.

And, as we will show you, each watch has been designed in two sizes – a larger 37mm model or a smaller 29mm one.

The new Interlocking Collection continues Gucci Timepieces’ tradition of creating elegant and contemporary watch lines, and of presenting them to the world through World Duty Free stores.

Actress Li Bingbing is once again the star of the exclusive advertising campaign dedicated to Gucci’s new timepieces and classic accessories. Shot in Los Angeles by Sølve Sundsbø, the portrait images – the concept of Creative Director Frida Giannini – evoke a strong yet minimal aesthetic true to Gucci’s codes of luxury.

The Interlocking Watch Collection, available now from World Duty Free stores, is the focus of one of the most elegant executions, featuring Li Bingbing wearing the solid 18kt pink gold and black PVD case on alligator strap, 37mm size. Clearly visible on the display are the initials of the House’s founder, Guccio Gucci, in a striking design around the bezel.
