Situated in the heart of Vilnius Lithuania old town, restaurant Ertlio namas offers a unique opportunity to experience historic noble cuisine.
It is a space where refined historical Lithuanian cuisine gracefully meets modern culture and technology. Having thoroughly studied recipes found in manors and monasteries, as well as the secrets of Lithuanian Küchenchefs, the restaurant has recreated authentic dishes of Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque epochs and interpreted them in the modern manner.
In the restaurant, guests can enjoy meals that most probably were proudly served for dinner in influential estates and were savored by Radvilos – significant personas in the Europe of the time. The recipes are inspired by the history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and followed by live presentation of each dish.
