El Mirador enjoys perhaps the most enviable location of all of the restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, perched on a cliff’s edge near the Villa Club, with panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean towards La Gomera island.
Overseen by chef César González, it specializes in locally sourced seafood as well as dishes such as paella and arroz caldoso and Canarian terramar cuisine.
