Overseen by chef César González, it specializes in locally sourced seafood as well as dishes such as paella and arroz caldoso and Canarian terramar cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant also benefits from a wonderful outdoor terrace and garden and its own secluded infinity pool.
