Quimera Rooftop is a private à la carte restaurant for The Level Adults Only guests, with a sophisticated indoor area and terrace with privileged views of Punta Cana Beach. Quimera is open for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner offering organic, Vegetarian and Vegan options, as well as gluten free, sugar free and dairy free selections. Energy bites and Km 0 products are also available.

The Quimera Wellness Experience includes Cooking workshops, Orchard activities where they cook with their own products, Mamajuana tasting, Dominican coffee and cacao workshops. Unique at Quimera is that there are always cold pressed juices and a plant based milk maker is available upon request.
