Established in 2010, World Luxury Spa Awards is the pinnacle of achievement in the luxury spa industry, offering international recognition as voted for by guests, travellers and industry players alike.
Over 100 000 international travellers vote each year, during a three week period to select the winners.
Luxury spas have the opportunity to participate in the World Luxury Spa Awards by entering into categories that showcase their unique selling points and destinations.
Luxury spas of all shapes and sizes participate in a range of different categories on a country, regional, continent, and global level.

Participation alone delivers brand growth. As an official participant, each spa receives a fully comprehensive website profile, along with a digital marketing service and promotional campaign toolkit to ensure maximum exposure on all marketing platforms. Winning a World Luxury Spa Award will not only inspire the confidence of guests and retain a loyal clientele in this highly competitive market, but it will also stimulate continuous growth and development of your spa.
How was my spa nominated?
The website is visited by spa goers, travellers, tour operators and hospitality experts with the goal to discover, promote or book their next luxury wellness visit. We provide our website visitors with the service to give feedback about their spa experience and officially nominate a luxury spa or wellness facility that they feel should be participating in the World Luxury Spa Awards. Once a property has been nominated, it is evaluated by our team to ensure that the property adheres to luxury standards in terms of facilities, services, décor/interior, public image and guest reviews. If successfully evaluated, the spa then has the option to accept the nomination and formally register to participate in the awards.
1. Dedicated Page on our Website Promoting your Spa
Each participant receives a dedicated online website profile that showcases the spa’s unique selling points. International travellers visit the World Luxury Spa Awards website each month in order to discover and book a luxury spa experience.
The profile offers the following:
• Description, logo and images of the spa
• Address and contact details of the spa
• An array of Features & Facilities to choose from to showcase your unique selling points
• Guests can book or make contact via an email enquiry form
• Add a direct booking link to your booking platform
• Add a link to a 360° tour of your spa
• Upload your spa menu, a promotion or a press release
• Upload a YouTube video
• A live feed of your Facebook page can be featured on your profile
• Links to your website and social media pages, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc..
• Your page link can be shared from the profile via Email, Facebook, X and WhatsApp
• Your award wins are displayed annually according to winning level (Country/Regional/ Continent/Global)
• Add images and descriptions of nearby attractions or points of interest
• Link to the geographical location of the spa on each profile
• Visitors vote directly from your profile page during the voting phase
2. Nominee / Marketing Pack
We provide a nominee tool kit which includes the nominee logo, an e-mailer, social media artwork as well as instructions in order to launch a successful marketing campaign. Official nominee logos are to be used on all spa marketing material.
Each spa participant receives a personalised Nominee Video for the relevant awards year, to be used on their social media channels and/or website. The spa participant has the right to use their respective authorized logos and video at their discretion for years to come.
3. Voting Pack
We provide a voting tool kit which includes a voting button (logo), an e-mailer, social media artwork as well as instructions in order to launch a successful voting campaign.
Official voting logos are to be used on all spa marketing material.
World Luxury Spa Awards promotes participants on Facebook and Instagram.
Each spa profile on the World Luxury Spa Awards website can host a live feed from the Facebook page of the respective participant, thus spa news and promotions can be viewed live by travellers visiting the World Luxury Spa Awards website.
Travellers and visitors to the World Luxury Spa Awards website can also share their profiles to Facebook, X, Email, or WhatsApp.
inSPArations is a digital travel magazine that is published on the interactive magazine platform, Issuu and sent out via an email marketing platform to our subscribers each month.
All award winners will receive the following:
• Digital, print-ready Certificate of Recognition*
• Winner Logo for the relevant award year
• Winner email signature
• Social media announcement posts for Facebook and Instagram
• PowerPoint emailer to insert your images for mailing out to your client database

8. Exclusive Invitation to Awards Gala Ceremony
The Gala Ceremony offers the opportunity to network and connect with peers and leaders of the hospitality industry, as well as be recognized and awarded on stage for their achievements. Participants gain immense media exposure at the event. Although very beneficial, attendance is optional and does not affect the overall results.
Award winners also have the opportunity to participate in a video interview which is provided on a complimentary basis.
9. Dedicated Spa Awards Liaison
Each spa participant receives an allocated professional consultant who manages the spa’s registration, sets up and administrates the spa’s digital online profile, communicates all important information, provides the relevant tool kits (Nominee/Voting/Winner) and general support to ensure a successful journey.

THE AWARDS PROCESS
• Complete the online registration form HERE.
• Settle the registration fee within 7 working days from entry date and submit the proof of payment via email.
• Send us 5 high resolution, landscape images (300 DPI, JPEG format) as well as your logo and a short description of the restaurant (150 words).
• Implement the nominee logo on your marketing platforms.
• Encourage all guests and social media followers to vote for your restaurant during the 3-week voting process.
