Established in 2019, World Luxury Travel Awards aims to be the pinnacle of achievement for the travel industry, offering international recognition as voted by guests, travellers and industry players alike.
International travellers vote each year, during a three-week period to select the winners.
Travel organisations have the opportunity to participate in the World Luxury Travel Awards by entering the awards to highlight and draw attention to their unique selling points with regards to travel destinations, facilities or services offered.

How was my establishment nominated?
The World Luxury Travel Awards website is visited by travellers, tour operators and travel industry experts with the goal to discover, promote or book their next luxury destination. We provide our website visitors with the service to officially nominate a travel establishment that they feel should be participating. Official nominations are received via our website. Once nominated, an evaluation is done to ensure that the venue adheres to our standards, in terms of service excellence; attention to detail; facilities; efficiency; customer reviews; marketing (active, engaging, up to date content); diversity; location; local knowledge and reviews. If our standards are met, the establishment is contacted, informed of the nomination and extended the opportunity to participate.
1. Dedicated Page on our Website Promoting your Establishment
Each participant receives a dedicated online profile that showcases the establishment’s unique selling points. International travellers visit the World Luxury Travel Awards website each month in order to discover and book top travel establishments.
The profile offers the following:
• Description, logo and images of the establishment
• Address and contact details of the establishment
• An array of Activities & Facilities to choose from to showcase your unique selling points
• Guests can book or make contact via an email enquiry form
• Add a direct booking link to your booking platform
• Add a link to a 360° tour of an experience or your establishment
• Upload your rates, price packages, a promotion or a press release
• Upload a YouTube video
• A live feed of your Facebook page can be featured on your profile
• Links to your website and social media pages, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc..
• Your page link can be shared from the profile via Email, Facebook, X and WhatsApp
• Your award wins are displayed annually according to winning level (Country/Regional/ Continent/Global)
• Add images and descriptions of nearby attractions or points of interest
• Link to the geographical location of the restaurant on each profile
• Visitors vote directly from your profile page during the voting phase
2. Nominee / Marketing Pack
We provide a nominee tool kit which includes the nominee logo, an e-mailer, social media artwork as well as instructions in order to launch a successful marketing campaign. Official nominee logos are to be used on all marketing material.
Each participant receives a personalised Nominee Video for the relevant awards year, to be used on their social media channels and/or website. The participant has the right to use their respective authorized logos and video at their discretion for years to come.
3. Voting Pack
We provide a voting tool kit which includes a voting button (logo), an e-mailer, social media artwork as well as instructions in order to launch a successful voting campaign.
Official voting logos are to be used on all restaurant marketing material.
World Luxury Travel Awards promotes participants on Facebook and Instagram.
Each profile on the World Luxury Travel Awards website can host a live feed from the Facebook page of the respective participant, thus news and promotions can be viewed live by travellers visiting the World Luxury Travel Awards website.
Travellers and visitors to the World Luxury Travel Awards website can also share their profiles to Facebook, X, Email, or WhatsApp.
e-Magazine Feature - Travel Temptations
Travel Temptations is a digital travel magazine that is published on the interactive magazine platform, Issuu and sent out via an email marketing platform to our subscribers each month.
All award winners will receive the following:
• Digital, print-ready Certificate of Recognition*
• Winner Logo for the relevant award year
• Winner email signature
• Social media announcement posts for Facebook and Instagram
• PowerPoint emailer to insert your images for mailing out to your client database
• Winner video (landscape) stating the establishment name and award/s won with visuals

Each participant receives a full page feature in the Ultimate Travel Guide which is published online.
8. Exclusive Invitation to Awards Gala Ceremony
The Gala Ceremony offers the opportunity to network and connect with peers and leaders of the hospitality industry, as well as be recognized and awarded on stage for their achievements. Participants gain immense media exposure at the event. Although very beneficial, attendance is optional and does not affect the overall results.
Award winners also have the opportunity to participate in a video interview which is provided on a complimentary basis.
9. Dedicated Travel Awards Liaison
Each participant receives an allocated professional consultant who manages the establishment’s registration, sets up and administrates the digital online profile, communicates all important information, provides the relevant tool kits (Nominee/ Voting/Winner) and general support to ensure a successful journey.

THE AWARDS PROCESS
• Complete the online registration form HERE.
• Settle the registration fee within 7 working days from entry date and submit the proof of payment via email.
• Send us 5 high resolution, landscape images (300 DPI, JPEG format) as well as your logo and a short description of the restaurant (150 words).
• Implement the nominee logo on your marketing platforms.
• Encourage all guests and social media followers to vote for your restaurant during the 3-week voting process.
• Attend the optional gala ceremony.
