Programs & Projects The World Parrot Trust (WPT) is devoted exclusively to protecting parrots, the most threatened group of birds on earth. Utilizing the expertise of leading parrot biologists and welfare experts, WPT delivers effective strategies to help parrots survive in the wild and thrive in captivity. WPT works in partnership with local and international NGOs, scientific institutions, local communities, individuals and governments around the globe.
