Chairman’s Message Amb. Ahmad Rusdi Chairman, APR Scout Committee My warmest greetings to the APR Scout Foundation as you celebrate your 30th Anniversary. Over the years, the Foundation has made an immeasurable contribution to the development of Scouting in this great Region. The foundation has always been supporting the NSOs in so many ways like grants and financial assistance to many APR Scout events and NSO projects. Importantly, they continue to strive to achieve new milestones and extend their reach to those who are in need throughout the Region. I believe that the greatest change happens when people come together in partnership, collaboration, and generosity. None of this would be possible without your help. On behalf of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to APR Scout Foundation and all the donors for their generosity and trust.
