Trustee’s Message Mr. Joseph Lau Chief Commissioner Scout Association of Hongkong Warmest greetings to everyone! On behalf of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, the Trustee of the APR Scout Foundation, I am delighted to send my greetings and congratulations to APR Scout Foundation in celebrating its 30th Anniversary. From its very humble beginnings, we can see how it grows tremendously. From the US$10,0000 initial contribution received from Scouts of China, Taiwan, we now have a US$2.9 million fund balance. It is also remarkable how the APR Scout Foundation has impacted the communities through grants and continuous support to different Scouting projects and activities for the last 30 years. We are privileged to share the values of Scouts and a promise to help other people. In line with our aim to achieve sustainable growth for APR Scout Foundation, we are happy to report that an investment with World Scout Foundation (WSF) earns great returns which enables us to support more Scouting projects and activities. We are sending our deep appreciation to the leadership of the WSF for this partnership.

As the Trustee of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Foundation since 1992, we are proud to be part of it and witness every success in assisting the growth and development of Scouting.
