Costa Rica Your day-by-day adventure DAY 1 Flight to Costa Rica Welcome Meeting Begin with a welcome meeting and orientation. Enjoy free time to explore the area around the hotel until rooms are ready to check in. 7pm Dinner at Hotel DAY 2 Breakfast at Hotel 9-11am Lacrosse Practice 1pm Lunch San Jose City Tour – Bus and Walking Highlights will include Art Museum, Metropolitan Cathedral, Central Market, the National Monument, Democracy Plaza, and the new National Stadium of Costa Rica. 7pm Dinner at Hotel DAY 3 Breakfast at Hotel 9-11am Global Ambassadors through Sport Serve as global sports ambassadors, spread the love of sport to 20 young players from the region. 1pm Buffet Lunch at La Paz’s Open-Air Restaurant La Paz Waterfall Gardens Visit La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Includes aviary, butterfly garden, monkeys, hummingbird and orchid gardens, small serpentarium, and cats section. Next, hike down to viewing points along the four stunning waterfalls. 7pm Dinner at Hotel DAY 4 Breakfast at Hotel 10am Crocodile Jungle Safari Boat Tour Take a guided boat tour through the Rio Grande of Tarcoles. See reptiles up close and take pictures and videos of the wildlife at close range. 12pm Lunch Beach Time Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach. 8:30pm Dinner at Hotel

DAY 5 Breakfast at Hotel 10am Doka Estate Coffee Tour Visit Costa Rica’s largest coffee plantation built volcanic slopes. 12pm Lunch Free time in Sarchi Village Explore Sarchi, known for its colorful ox carts, souvenirs, and arts and crafts. 7pm Dinner at Hotel

DAY 6 Breakfast at Hotel Travel to Cartago 10am Irazu Volcano National Park Experience the unique surroundings of this national park as you visit the active Irazu Volcano and explore the forest surrounding the Reventado River. Then, marvel at the unique greenish color of The Crater Principal Lake. 1pm Lunch 7-9pm 12v12 Lacrosse Game vs. “Las Ticas” the Costa Rican Women’s National Team. 10pm Dinner at Hotel DAY 7 Breakfast at Hotel 12-3pm Sarapiqui River Rafting excursion (lunch included) 7:30pm Dinner & Show at Ram Luna restauranteramluna.com/en DAY 8 Breakfast at Hotel Your tour comes to an end as your Tour Director accompanies you to the airport on your final day. Dublin & London Your day-by-day adventure DAY 1 Flight to Ireland DAY 2 Arrive & Meet Tour Director Check in at Hotel Arrive at a hotel in the greater Dublin area that will be your base for the next three nights. Welcome Meeting We begin with a welcome meeting and orientation. Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore the area around the hotel. Lunch on Own Howth or Wicklow Excursion (TBD) 7:30pm Dinner at Hotel Restaurant DAY 3 Breakfast at Hotel 9am Transfer to CLG Na Fianna 9:30am Experience Gaelic Games Experiencing Gaelic Games will deliver a unique Irish experience! This is your chance to take part in activities and culture that stretches back 3,000 years and are at the heart and soul of Irish life. Lunch on Own Transfer to Croke Park 1:30pm Croke Park Stadium Tour Go behind the scenes on a Croke Park Stadium Tour, the home of hurling and Gaelic football—Ireland’s national games. Step into the dressing rooms, check out the warm-up areas, and more. 4pm Transfer back to Hotel 5:30pm Dinner at Hotel Restaurant 6:30pm Transfer to Aviva Stadium 8pm EPCR Challenge Cup Final Toulon vs. Glasgow Warriors. DAY 4 Breakfast at Hotel Transfer to Central Dublin Dublin Free Time 11am Transfer to University College Dublin Game vs. Ireland Lacrosse (12pm field available for warm up) Transfer to Central Dublin Lunch on Own Book Of Kells The beautiful Trinity College campus features cobbled squares, gardens, a picturesque quadrangle, and buildings. View the Book of Kells, an 8th-century version of the four Gospels and other early Christian manuscripts in the Old Library.

Transfer to Oxford Oxford Free Time & Lunch on Own Transfer to Iffley Road Sports Centre 4-6pm Joint Training Session with Oxford University Lacrosse Dinner at Hotel Restaurant DAY 7 Breakfast at Hotel Transfer to Central London Tower Of London Visit the Tower of London, one of Britain’s most fascinating historical structures. Our visit includes the armories, a display of instruments of torture and execution, and the breathtaking Crown Jewels Exhibit. Lunch on Own London Free Time 2pm London Eye Soar 450 feet over London in the world’s highest ferris wheel. Relax at the Plaza Mayor, a grand square where every sort of human drama has taken place. From trials, bullfights, and burning of heretics to grand balls, royal marriages, and more. End at the Plaza de España for a stop at an outdoor café. Lunch on Own 3:15pm Royal Palace Visit Browse through the 3,418 rooms in the largest palace in Europe. 5:30pm Spanish Cooking Class & Dinner Learn to cook with the foods that the country you are touring is most famous for. Join a professional chef in the kitchen to learn how to make delicious traditional dishes. With exhibits such as original jerseys of famous athletes and interactive installations, the world of sports comes alive.
