They’re trained as educators to understand students’ unique learning styles—making activities fun and memorable instead of lecturing at travelers.

They continually build on our LEAP philosophy by inventing new activities like treasure hunts, role-plays, and debates.

We invest a lot in the selection and training of our Tour Directors, taking them through a formal training process and assessing how they’ll lead and inspire our groups based on auditions, role-play, and more.
