Day 5

Freiburg Area to Lucerne

• Take an electrifying tour through the Grimselwelt Hydroelectricity

Power Plant. • Travel to Lucerne.

Day 6

Lucerne

• Learn more about planes, trains, and automobiles (and more) at the

Swiss Transport Museum. • Enjoy a guided tour of UNESCO Biosphäre Entlebuch. • Take a cruise on Lake Lucerne.

Day 7

Lucerne to Geneva

• Travel to Geneva. • Enjoy a walk through the Swiss city of Geneva.

Days 8–9 Geneva

• Visit the Patek Philippe Museum, operated by one of Switzerland’s famed watchmakers. • Visit CERN, a research organization whose purpose is to operate the world’s largest particle physics laboratory. • Final reflection and group discussion. • Day 9: Return home and complete your online Global Perspectives course.
