T-Hub, Mobility Excellence Awards and a sneak peek into WOWSOME 2.0 At WOWSOME, we have always given our employees an environment that fosters their creativity. And now that environment has become even more exciting and inspirational. Well, we are very proud to officially announce that we are now a part of T-Hub, an absolutely brilliant and unique public/private partnership between the government of Telangana, three of India’s premier academic institutes (IIIT-H, ISB & NALSAR) and key private sector leaders. In November 2015, T-Hub was inaugurated by none other than Mr. Ratan Tata, the symbol of inspiration, integrity and the entrepreneurial spirit. T-Hub provides first rate support and resources to technology related start-ups, the quality of which will be at par with what you would get in highly developed countries. As they rightly mention on their website, T-Hub endeavors “to build a booming start-up ecosystem thriving on the tightly-knit, most vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.”
WOWSOME is a select portfolio company at the prestigious T-Hub. We are a part of an exclusive set of eight companies from over 160 startups based in the T-Hub property. Being a part of T-Hub has boosted our morale immensely. We have quadrupled the enthusiasm, creativity and efficiency of our team. They are euphoric about being a part of the open office format with a private cabin titled WOWSOME where they have been enjoying the privileges of engaging with the highly revered, yet regular guests like Satya Nadella, Narayana Murthy, Ratan Tata and Rajan Anandan, among others. Want to hear some more good news? We have received the best innovative app of the year award at the 2nd Mobility Excellence Award’15. More than the award itself, we are proud of why we have won. WOWSOME was chosen for this award because of its highly promising application towards
delivering a unified and engaging customer service experience, thereby breaking the wall between the online and offline communication for retailers. WOWSOME technology accelerates the implementation of Omni Channel Retailing methodology and its best practices in the most natural way, by using cutting edge computer vision algorithms. As usual, we installed our WOWSOME TV at the awards’ venue. The visitors were quite excited to be a part of the Augmented Reality experience. WOWSOME TV, as we told you in our last column, has been designed to turn any collateral into interactive digital content. At this particular occasion, the entry passes were transformed into sponsors’ content, and would also reveal if the person at the other end has won a prize- ten power banks by the event’s partner TP-Link. Over 200 hundred guests simply refused to leave WOWSOME TVs and enter the event. Yes, that happened!
