Dynamic duo

Two eight-year-old friends from Newlands have put others ahead of themselves by raising more than $500 for the Wellington City Mission through their bake sale. Rose Kendall and Holly MacKenzie, who are Year 4 students at Paparangi School spent eight hours baking together before selling it all outside New World Newlands. The pair eventually raised $562 for their efforts. Continued on page 2.
