Samuel Marsden Collegiate singer Annie J is finding her voice and turning heads. Her song ‘A Girl Who Cried Wolf’ has a personal message while also raising funds to provide more than two months is safe nights for Women’s Refuge.

Written out of frustration, Annie J wrote the song disgusted at the level of insidious violence against women. She is fresh off the back of her recent appearance in ‘Pop Stars NZ’. Annie made No 3 on the NZ Hot Top 20 chart and No 30 on the NZ Top 40 chart over the weekend. Continued on page 2.
