WE’VE BEEN ON-BOARD CRYSTAL SYMPHONY
I’ve recently returned from a 3-night voyage around the British Isles aboard Crystal Symphony. This is the first time I have seen any of the Crystal ships since they were acquired by A&K Travel Group in 2022 and I have to say I was amazed by the overall transformation.
While the ships have undergone a full refurbishment, I was pleased to see that the same warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff greeted me on-board.
We stayed in a Sapphire Ocean View Suite and I was blown away by the space, the expansive ocean views and the luxurious furnishings.
A highlight for me has to be the dining, with just three nights on-board it was a struggle to fit in all of the incredible venues and dishes on offer. My favourite was Umi Uma, an innovative Japanese-Peruvian restaurant created by legendary Master Chef Nobuyki (Nobu) Matsuhisa and the only Nobu restaurant at sea.
I’d love to cruise with Crystal again in the future, especially with Beefbar coming soon and bringing an exciting a selection of street-food flavours, and would highly recommend them to anyone whether you’re a brand new customer or you sailed with them prior to their relaunch.”
