Nearly 100,000 fans each year and over two million views on our website are what you get when you advertise with Washburn Athletics. Washburn's average attendance is in the top 20 in NCAA Division II in men's and women's basketball, volleyball and baseball. Women's basketball was fifth in DII last year and volleyball was sixth. Both of those averages are higher than about 75 percent of all NCAA Division I schools. Not only do our student-athletes compete in front of some of the best crowds in all of college athletics, we also believe they get the benefit of playing and practicing in some of the best facilities around. Yager Stadium at Moore Bowl broke ground this summer on a new videoboard that will improve our fan's viewing enjoyment and give you new and exciting ways to showcase your company. From digital banners rotating throughout the game to 30-second
commercials shown during timeouts, the Daktronics video board that runs from hashmark to hashmark will grab our fans' attention. Schendel Court at Lee Arena is also staying ahead of the technological curve in DII with a digital scorer's table and a video board. These two pieces of technology can put your company at center court when our basketball and volleyball teams compete for MIAA championships every year. And they win a lot! Those three teams have combined to win 23 titles in the 24 seasons we have been in the conference. They also win about 90 percent of their games in Lee Arena. YAGER STADIUM at Moore Bowl The focal point of nearly every college campus is its football stadium and Yager Stadium at Moore Bowl is no exception on the Washburn campus. Over $6 million dollars has been put into the facility in the last 12 years and the recent upgrades have improved our fans' experiences and made Yager Stadium one of the greatest to watch a game in the country. New Daktronics Videoboard Washburn broke ground this summer on a new Daktronics videoboard that will once again elevate Yager Stadium at Moore Bowl to one of the finest football facilities in NCAA II. Be one of the first to have your ad seen on the board as Ichabod football and soccer kick off their seasons this fall. The board measures 30 feet tall and 40 feet wide and will have five permanent ad panels and a 20x40 foot high-def video panel with a new sound system and replay capabilities.

Nearly $6 million has been spent on renovations to Yager Stadium at Moore Bowl in the last 11 years and the facility continues to serve as one of the finest in NCAA Division II. The latest upgrades to Yager Stadium are the new lights and towers positioned above the playing surface. Put up over the summer of 2012, the laser-installed lights provide Washburn football and soccer players with a brighter and safer atmosphere and make producing television games at night easier. Before the 2006 season, an artificial field surface and running track was added to the stadium. The Sportexe field is the same as the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens and was installed at a cost of $1 million. Prior to that, $4.3 million was spent in 2002 on a new press box, University suites, hospitality lounge and a booster area. Along with new restroom facilities, concessions stands and a viewing point at the north end of the field, Yager Stadium’s renovations have reshaped the scenery around the field and made it one of the Washburn campus main focal points. The new name of the stadium is in honor of former Ichabod runningback Gary Yager. An anonymous donor pledged $1 million. The first lead gift to the renovation was from former Ichabod defensive end Bernie Bianchino, who donated $500,000 for the Bianchino Pavilion, which houses six suites, a president’s suite, media facili-

ties, new restroom and concession facilities and meeting rooms. Moore Bowl has served as the home for Washburn football since its dedication on September 28, 1928, - a 20-12 loss to William Jewel. Throughout its 84-year history, the bowl has been witness to hundreds of high school and college games, longstanding conference rivalries and the tornado of 1966. Construction of the original bowl was part of a $215,000 athletic project, which also included the addition of Whiting Field House to the Washburn campus. By taking advantage of the natural depression in the land, the bowl was constructed in just seven months at a cost of approximately $30,000. The bowl was named in honor of George Godfrey Moore, a Topeka sports enthusiast who had developed a reputation throughout the Midwest as a keen sportsman and friend of Washburn.

Washburn Athletics invested in an exciting new ticketing system that allows fans to buy and print tickets online. We'll place your company's ad or coupon on our ticket website and on the ticket they can print from home. We'll also put a coupon on the back of the ticket stock we purchase to print tickets for all walk-up and will call sales. These are the same tickets given to the hundreds of students that attend Washburn sporting events and you can make sure all of them have a chance to head to your business after the game to celebrate another Washburn victory!
Get permanent signage above the windows of our ticket office and make sure fans see your message year-round right outside the Lee Arena Ticket Box Office, located on the ground floor of the Petro Building.
Yager Stadium Ticket Window Signs-------------$400
The Yager Stadium Ticket Office is in a high-traffic part of campus and your sign is guaranteed to be seen year-round. Each sign fits over one of the ticket windows and is taken down when the box office is open on game days.

You can't get into the game without a ticket so why not put your ad where you know fans are going to see it. Drive them to your business after the game with a coupon or other promotion. Each back is sold seperately.
