At check-in you’ll receive a pre-loaded Bear Bucks meal card that can be used at any of the campus dining locations. Campus Dining Students are invited to grab their food and hang out in Goldfarb Commons where there will be music and games! Bring your own lunch and keep in the community fridge in Goldfarb Commons where there are microwaves to heat up your food. Students are not required to stay on campus during the lunch break. The Brown School is pleased to offer a Part-Time MSW program for individuals wishing to advance their careers in clinical mental health. The Part-Time MSW New Student Orientation will offer students the opportunity to understand the curriculum, resources, and support that are available at the Brown School.

The Graduate Center and Student Affairs will be co–sponsoring a Graduate Student Welcome and Resource Reception and Dinner in the Athletic Complex for all graduate and professional students at WashU.

This orientation is required for incoming and current Buder Center students. Students will meet the staff at the Center and learn about their roles and responsibilities. Students will discover what it means to be a Buder scholar, learn about available resources offered through the Center and academic responsibilities and opportunities. We will host a panel that offers perspectives from current students and alums about their experiences as members of the Latine community in a city that often only sees race in the binary of black and white, as well as answer any questions from incoming students.
