• Won the platform consolation finals at the 2022 Big 12 Championships with a total of 256.65; also, appeared in the consolation finals on 1-meter (5th – 226.10) and 3-meter (6th – 210.70)

• Against Villanova, he took seventh on 1-meter (221.15) and sixth on 3-meter (233.30)

• Competed in the championship finals on 1-meter (8th – 226.60) and platform (7th – 232.65) at the WVU Invitational; additionally, he took second in the 3-meter consolation finals with a total score of 225.95

• Finished fourth on 1-meter (234.83) and 3-meter (244.95) against Penn State to open his collegiate diving career

• Dove at Hilliard Darby High School and was coached by his father, Thad Apel

• Member of the Ohio State Diving Club and ACES Diving Club and dove under Mandy Eby, Matt Ventura and Jen White

• Four-time state qualifier at the OHSAA State Championships; Apel placed ninth as a sophomore and took during his junior and senior year

• Swam the 200 IM (1:53.54), 400 IM (4:04.58), 200 breast (2:05.42) and was a member of the 200 medley relay (1:34.67) at the 2022 CSCAA National Invitational

• At the Big 12 Championships, he competed in the 200 IM (1:52.50), 400 IM (4:01.21) and the 200 breast (2:03.48)

• Won the 200 breast against Villanova with a time of 2:09.40; also swam a 1:00.09 in the 100 breast, good for fifth-place, and a 1:59.17 in the 200 IM

• At the WVU Invitational, he finished fourth (2:05.23) in the 200 breast and eighthplace overall in the 400 IM (4:07.15)

• Additionally, Bennett competed in the B finals of the 200 IM (1:54.10) at the winter invite

• Took third in the 200 breast against Penn State with a time of 2:11.07; also finished fifth in the 200 IM (1:59.57)

• Competed in a pair of A finals at the Big 12 Championship placing seventh overall in both the 400 IM (3:57.87) and the 200 breast (2:01.87)

• Placed fifth in both the 400 IM (4:05.18) and the 200 breast (2:06.92) against Notre Dame; also competed in the 200 IM

• Competed in the B finals of the 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 breaststroke at the Big 12 Championship

• Finished seventh in the 1,000 free (10:07.66), eighth in the 200 breast (2:11.56) and 11th in the 200 IM (1:59.72) against Pitt

• Reached the finals in four events at the WVU Invitational, highlighted by a win in the 200 breast B final to take ninth overall with a time of 2:04.54

• Also appeared in the 200 IM B final (11th – 1:52.86), 400 IM B final (12th – 4:02.17) and the 100 breast D final (31st – 59.02)

• Finished third in the 1,000 free (9:56.97) and 200 breaststroke (2:09.00) at the West Virginia State Games; also competed in the 100 breast and 200 individual medley

• Academic All-Big 12 First Team

• At the 2022 Big 12 Championships, Boley appeared in the consolation finals of the 200 free (1:41.71) and the 200 fly (1:49.66)

• Competed in the 100 fly against Villanova, securing a time of 53.17

• Notched sixth overall in the 200 fly at the WVU Invite, touching the wall in 1:51.58; also swam in the 500 free (14th – 4:42.30) and took second in the C final of the 100 fly (51.21)

• Against Penn State, he finished fifth in the 200 fly (1:54.12) and sixth in the 500 free (4:46.60)

• Took second in the 500 free (4:46.31) and a pair of third-place finishes at the WV State Games, including the 200 fly (1:56.21) and with the 400 free relay team (3:15.67)

• Additionally, he competed in the 100 fly (6th – 52.22) and the 200 free (9th –1:46.78) at State Games

2020-21 (Sophomore)

• Represented WVU at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship

• Competed in a pair of A finals at the Big 12 Championship, including the 200 fly (8th – 1:50.68) and the 500 free (8th – 4:30.18); also placed sixth overall in the 1,650 free (15:48.11)

• Also earned a bronze medal in the 800 free relay at Big 12s, after the team combined to post a time of 6:35.20

• In the regular-season finale against George Washington, he placed third in the 1,000 free with a time of 9:53.23

• Against Villanova, he finished third in the 1,000 free with a time of 9:52.41

• Tallied a pair of second-place finishes in the 1,000 and 500 freestyle at TCU, notching respective times of 9:54.17 and 4:43.73

• Placed third in the 1,000 freestyle (9:42.22) and fourth in the 500 free (4:45.28) at SMU
