Media Services

The West Virginia University athletics communications office will be available throughout the entire 2022-23 men’s and women’s swimming and diving season to accommodate any media requests. The following are some guidelines that should make it easy for media members to cover the Mountaineers. Any additional questions should be directed to the swimming and diving contact, Reghan Bailey.

Credentials

Photographers and media members who wish to cover a meet at the Aquatic Center at Mylan Park should contact swimming and diving SID Fallyn Swiger (fds0003@mail.wvu.edu) at least 24 hours in advance. Photographers may shoot anywhere in the Aquatic Center.

Directions To The Aquatic Center At Mylan Park

FROM I-79: Take the Star City/WVU (mile marker 155) exit and follow signs toward Mylan Park, turning left at the stop sign onto Chaplin Road. Proceed onto Chaplin Road for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn right onto Mylan Park Road, immediately after Mylan Park Elementary. Follow the road up the hill, and veer right when you reach the first turn on your right. Continue up this road and eventually you will reach the parking lot for the Aquatic Center.

During The Week

Any member of the media wishing to interview a swimmer, diver or a member of the coaching staff during the week should contact Fallyn Swiger, via email (fds0003@mail.wvu.edu) or by phone (304-293-2821), at least 24 hours in advance.

Receiving Information

Media members may receive WVU swimming and diving press releases, notes and more via email. Please email Reghan Bailey (Reghan.bailey@mail.wvu.edu) to be included on the distribution list.
