Spa Etiquette Booking a Spa Appointment Call the Wellness Center Desk at 239-262-3478 to speak with a representative who can answer questions and assist in booking the right treatment for you. Reservations are recommended 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated whenever possible. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the required questionnaire. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their treatment times. We are a Fragrance Free Zone. We ask that you arrive with no added fragrance or body sprays. Cell Phone use within the spa is prohibited. Cancellations A 24-hour minimum cancellation notice for all spa appointments is required. Clients will be charged the full treatment fee for any cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice or a no-show for the appointment, with no exceptions. *Solicitation of staff is strictly prohibited. *Prices and services are subject to change without notification. Medical massage is a form of massage treatment designed to resolve medical conditions that are diagnosed by a physician. During your treatment, massage therapists can use different massage techniques and procedures such as lymphatic massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular, and cupping to treat your medical conditions.
