The summer months or “off-season” here in Southwest Florida proved to be a busy one for Compass Landing with seven sales between June & July. Between March and September, the average sold price is $827,000. With only 4 active listings within Compass Landing, buyers still have very limited inventory to choose from.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR SELLERS
Our community has proved that a well-priced home will not last on the market with the average days on the market being 58. For us in Compass Landing, listings did go from active to pending, and from pending to sold. This shows that our community does have resilience and that residents here are full time for the most part.
