INSPIRATION
Well, I think we all need to see a rainbow after these dark pandemic days, which we have been facing the past 2 years. This was my inspiration, with a twist of fuchsia because I am a big fan of that colour.
METHOD Model base 6 PRE-LIGHTING System Blonde Ultra-Lifting Powder Lightener with System Blonde Anti-Yellow Lightening Additive mixed with ASP Crème Developer 6% (20vol). Rinse & shampoo with MODE ColourCare. APPLICATION METHOD Top / sides / bottom half of the hair – Colour Dynamics 2 parts Magic Magenta, 2 parts Colour Dynamics Hot Pink, 1 part Colour Dynamics Dark Grey & ½ Colour Dynamics Pasteliser. INTERNAL RAINBOW TRIANGLES Sections per triangle, mixed visually COLOUR 1 Colour Dynamics Green Envy mixed with Colour Dynamics Mango Smoothie, and a bit of Colour Dynamics Dark Grey and Colour Dynamics Pasteliser for a more light but paler green.

COLOUR 2 Colour Dynamics Mango Smoothie with a little bit of Colour Dynamics Crimson Kiss to enrich the orange colour. COLOUR 3 Colour Dynamics Mango Smoothie diluted with Colour Dynamics Pasteliser for the perfect yellow colour. COLOUR 4 Colour Dynamics Hot Pink, mixed with Colour Dynamics Crimson Kiss for a pinker colour. COLOUR 5 Colour Dynamics Moody Blue diluted with Colour Dynamics Pasteliser. COLOUR 6 Colour Dynamics Pure Purple diluted with Colour Dynamics Pasteliser with an inch of Colour Dynamics Hot Pink. Styled with MODE Root Boost, MODE Heat Shield, MODE Enforcer and MODE Glazer.

My inspiration for my entry was taken from my love of copper / yellow hair - bright and bold, just like me. After all of the uncertainty over the past few years I chose yellow and orange to represent fire to show strength and determination. Our industry have to carry on, no matter what.

Base shade 6 with underlying gold tones GLOBAL PRE-LIGHTENED System Blonde Ultra-lifting Powder Lightener + Vitaplex 01 Bond Protector + ASP Crème Developer 6% (20vol) (visual development). Re-apply to any banding with same lightener with 3%(10vol) ASP Crème Developer + Vitaplex 01 Bond Protector (visual development). Rinse and shampoo with MODE ColourCare. TECHNIQUE - SHINE TIP DIP To create the shine line in the hair I used the clear side of ASP Meche to build up a clean shine line through the middle of the hair with Colour Dynamics Orange Crush.

My personality is YELLOW, I wanted this to shine through in my entry! Being an ASP user for 18 years. I also felt it was important to show the versatility of the brand and why I am so passionate about the range. My ambition would be to grow more within the brand and show my ability to be a key member of the ASP community.

She wanted more daring hair, more of a confidence boost so we gave her the hair of her dreams, rich sunken pink, so by the end of the service she walked out with her head up high! And so did I to be honest it was sooo much fun to create! This is why I love my job! And of course ASP products!

Model base 5 with 5 to 10% white hair.
Rinse and shampoo with MODE ColourCare.
PRE- LIGHTENED System Blonde Ultra-Lifting Powder Lightener with System Blonde Anti-Yellow Lightening Additive mixed with ASP Crème Developer 6% (20vol) using a baby lights and textured weaves with backcombing to diffuse natural root and blend natural white hair, working high towards the hairline and crown but dropping low in the centre to create dimension (visual development).
