Creative colour expert, Sharon is a former winner of British Colour Technician of the year at the British Hairdressing Awards. Sharon knows all there is to know about colour and colour trends. A creative thinker she is always exploring something new.
With over 30 years’ experience in hairdressing and over 10 years working as Artistic Director for Colour with Matrix, Terry has a fast, easy to understand approach to colour when teaching his colour courses.

Karen won Scottish Hairdresser of the Year in 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience in education and a string of titles to her name, Karen has pushed the boundaries of hairdressing and is now an established and well respected name within industry. Her exceptional colouring skills and sound business acumen has won her fans all over the UK and Ireland.
Rosie started out studying fashion and textiles at art school, her love for design, texture and colour lead her to hairstyling. Her success in the hairdressing industry has seen her being in the prestigious Fellowship FAME team and nominations and winner at the British Hairdressing Awards.
Michael specialises in both cutting and colour with a passion for empowering his clients, he is a highly sought-after stylist in the North East and artistic director of a multi award winning salon. The salon and Michael’s success are down to sheer drive and ambition with a love for the industry and education.
Nigel Kenny, has had the honour of being involved in education for over 15 years, a multiple award winning colourist. Nigel shot to national fame in 2017 with the hit TV show Salon Confidential. Nigel is now a household name in the hair and media industry.
Ria has fast become one of the next generation of stylists in our industry after winning a place on the FAME team,and being a BHA finalist. Ria has a great all round knowledge of hairdressing, she is session stylist and recognised in the Matrix team as an inspiring colourist.
