amplifi this: Whether you’re on your bike giving it hell on the sickest trails, ripping crazy lines on your board, or rocking the world on your travels – AMPLIFI is stoked for any adventure. AMPLIFI was born from the idea of doing something of our own and developing the best protectors on the market while we were doing it. We made our passion for biking, snowboarding and the outdoors our calling. It meant we could make products for other riders that give them the ultimate in comfort, protection and user-friendliness. Any less doesn’t cut it when you’re tumbling down a damn mountain. We spend a lot of time at the drawing board so that you can shred with your friends outside, so that you can keep pushing each other and developing new skills. We test our products ourselves, of course – our team riders hit the pistes and trails every day and give us feedback. Together, we make improvements, tear everything up and start over again, until we’re convinced that we’ve created THE ultimate product. Then we crack open a beer and celebrate with you. It’s insane how hard you can shred when you know how well you’re protected. You’ve gotta to do what you can’t do without. That’s why we do what we can do.

Hypalon is chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) synthetic rubber. It’s a tearproof, abrasion-resistant, temperature-stable material built to withstand maximum force and wear.

Neoprene is a foamed material made from synthetic rubber. It has excellent thermal insulating properties and is flexible over a massive temperature range.

Power-Webbing is high-quality knitted webbing that gives you flawless performance and functionality in extreme conditions. It meets the highest standards of durability and strength.

Non-Stick Velcro is specially designed so that it only sticks to what it’s meant to. It doesn’t get caught on clothing and avoids damage to fabric caused by tearing out fibers.

4-Angle Mesh is a durable, 4-way stretch material. It’s perfect for use in areas that are constantly in motion as it avoids unnecessary heat build-up.

Polyester is durable, lightweight and is used in our gear bags. The ripstop version is even more tear- and abrasion-resistant.

Nylon (Polyamide) is durable, lightweight and is used in our performance bags. The ripstop version is even more tear- and abrasion-resistant. PU coating makes it extremely water-repellent.

Waterproof Zippers have a PU coating on the reverse side to keep your gear safe and dry.

Ballistic Nylon is super-durable and used on areas that need to withstand extreme force. The high thread count massively increases its tear-strength.

YKK Zippers give you maximum quality and friction-free functionality in any conditions. They comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which analyzes potentially harmful substances in textiles.

Kevlar Stretch is an extremely durable, lightweight, flexible fabric with amazingly high abrasion resistance.

Respiration Mesh is the standard jersey mesh material for our protection jackets. It’s a super-lightweight, ultra-breathable, 4-way stretch fabric for awesome comfort.

tech talk Fuse Honeycomb Fuse Honeycomb is our proprietary hard-shell protector. It combines super-tough injection-molded material with a unique ultra-lightweight honeycomb construction that is articulated for extra comfort and protection.

Armourgel ArmourgelÂŽ is the latest in flexible protection. It uses strain-rate-sensitive silicone and S-Cell technology to give you an ultra-slim, flexible material that can be incorporated directly into a garment. Activated on impact, it absorbs and dissipates force like a boss and can withstand multiple hits. It is also moisture-wicking, breathable, temperature-stable and easy to clean.

Race Lite Airflow System

The TRIPL3 Flow System is a 3-way backpack ventilation system with a hex mesh construction to increase ventilation around the spine.

The Race Lite Airflow System is an ergonomically designed, super-lightweight, 3D-molded EVA back panel. It maximizes ventilation around the spine and shoulders for extended use while keeping your race weight down.

Ironclad Bottom Construction

Double-Decker Construction

The Ironclad Bottom construction uses super-strong panels made from EVA and ballistic-textured nylon. It makes your travel bag bombproof and saves you a hell of a lot of weight. Dragging the ass out of your bag is a thing of the past.

Double-Decker Construction gives you a wardrobe on wheels! Two layers makes packing, unpacking and organizing so much easier. The heavy-duty zipper can withstand hard traveling.

CE-EXAMINATION

3D Panels 3D Panels are thermoformed from EVA and elastane. They are lightweight and comfortable on long hikes or super-steep runs in any weather.

Within the CE-examination an impact test is used to identify how much energy of an impact is transmitted via the protector to the human body. The lower the residual energy transmitted to the body, the safer the protector is. Characteristic for AMPLIFI protectors is the high absorption rate of the initial impact and the evenly distribution of the residual energy, which results in a minimum of residual energy in case of a crash. Made simple this means: Harder slams = softer impact. Additionally we at AMPLIFI test all our protectors under various conditions. Wether it is minus 20 Â°C or over 30 Â°C under very high air humidity. But this is the only way to ensure that you will have a perfectly functioning protector in every situation. All our protectors comply with EU norm89/686/EWG for personal protective equipment (PPE).
