College Hill / Graphic Designer
In a high-volume, fully remote role, I deliver corporate designs swiftly and efficiently, averaging 10 15 tasks daily. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I create logos and graphics that balance creative appeal and merchandised goods with cost limitations. My strong communication with team members aligns designs with client expectations, while an adaptable workflow accommodates rapid revisions.
Shed Studios LLC / Studio Manager & Creative Director
Managed creative operations at Shed Studios, a multi-use space supporting over 100 local artists across music, dance, and visual art. Directed and marketed diverse events designed to amplify visibility and foster collaboration, from music shows to exhibitions. Oversaw sound, lighting, and studio ambiance for both live and streamed events, while driving brand growth through graphic design and apparel projects. Collaborated with Grit City Cipher, Alma Mater, and Tacoma Sunday Market to build strong community partnerships and maximize impact.
Patano Studio Architecture / Architectural Intern
As an intern in a dynamic, small firm, developed AutoCAD and SketchUp skills, advancing to detailed work on projects such as public works, design competitions, and private residential projects. Contributed to collaborative projects like the Seattle Design Festival, where we crafted an interactive installation on the theme of “Truth.” These experiences refined my attention to detail, technical skills, and understanding of concept-to-completion workflows in architecture.

The combination of the responsive smart path with the deployable structures creates a self-perpetuating system that records the data associated with occupancy and movement across the site. This constant feed of data allows for an ever-evolving understanding of the dynamics of the site. In this way, citizen participation across the site can be continuously implemented and improved. BARCELONA,
HUMAN VECTOR
The visualization of the data created a series of site diagrams showing movement of users as vectors through the site, with color representing speed. Slower users speeds are represented in blue, while faster vectors are orange to red.
It immediately became clear that there was a large percentage of users moving across the site and the population of users staying at the site for longer periods of time was significantly less.
COMPONENT DETAIL
“GRID SHELL”
Inflation of the Grid Shell is necessary before the inflation of the balloons. It also influences the overall form and volume.
“BALLOONS”
Inflation of the “Balloons” A series of iterations based on increasing inflation. This can also affect overall sense of the space.
“INFLATABLE BREEZEWAY”
The ‘trellis’ inflatables occur at moments of path connections, and serve as moments to pause user’s movement through the site, create areas for meeting and provide shade.
The main parameter affecting the trellis forms is the speed of users, which is being tracked by the path the speed information from users moving along the path gives more space to faster moving users.
Serves as connection point in the path system. Allows users to move through, while also providing spaces for rest, meeting and shade. Trellis inflation is driven by speed.
“INFLATABLE SHELTER”
The “node” inflatables are located in spaces that can be programmed, or serve to house existing program in spaces that are not being fully utilized.
Forms are affected by the density of users in the space. As more users enter the node, more air is pumped into the inflatable, creating more space for the increased use.
Programamable space that activates spaces not on the path. Node inflation is

The Besós Exchange aims to ameliorate the issues of site connectivity not only at the site scale but also at an urban level. By engaging different community, education and recreation centers around the city, the event system can connect users across different zones of the urban environment.
The path and structure system becomes a comprehensive intervention for the site that is driven by different parameters of use and movement occurring on the site.
The structures themselves have a different deployment based on the area they are inhabiting.
“FOR EVENTS”
Using this idea of users moving through, rather than into, the site, a strategy developed which explored focusing on trying to intervene on the site through events, whether they be ephemeral or more permanent and establish a system that would give citizens the opportunity to make decisions about the future of the site.
The goal of these events would be to draw into the site the three different types of users previously established. The events would be created with the specific goal of creating connection across users and communities at many scales.

LOFFS BAY RESIDENCE
COEUR D’ALENE, ID
SUMMER 2017
This was my introduction to drafting in a professional environment.
Part of the private residence would use the existing foundation while the addition would add bedrooms and an upstairs.
When asked to choose a space that evoked emotion, this alley way by my old residence made perfect sense.
With its desolate and neglected feel this set the stage for turning something considered a negative into a visceral experience.
ABSTRACTION MATERIALITY
A series of individual images (below) were brought together (right) to for form a new perception of the site through a sharp and steep montage.
Materiality is defined as: “The quality or character of being material or composed of matter.” To truly understand the essence of this place, had to further examine materiality at its core.
After breaking the brick by hand it was and modeled in Rhino. This gave me more insight in terms of what kind of void I was looking for. Cracks and edges had a relationship held together only through strong geometry.
NARRATIVE
After the narrative of the space was identified we took things into Rhino. Our abstraction turned into a three dimensional object which we then subtracted from the solid (below). This was then used to visualize a render of what this void may look like and feel. (right)
POTRERO HILL PUBLIC LIBRARY
SAN FRANCISCO, CA
SPRING 2014
This classic studio project was more unique in the opportunity of being able to visit the site in San Francisco.
Due to the topography of the area a theme of changing perspectives, and meditative moments were sought out in this project.
LOCATION AND SITE DESIGN
Potrero Hill is located about 10 minutes from downtown San Francisco. It’s home to a new, higher class tenant, aiding the gentrification of the area.
Most notably about this area is it’s views.
Symmetry became too similar in terms of program. Creating an offset of plan brought a group of new opportunities.
The initial design was based off reflection due to the “mirror” image provided by topography. The design then became symmetrical.
“ILLUSION
WITH A VIEW”
Potrero Hill is located about 10 minutes from downtown San Francisco. It’s home to a new, higher class tenant, aiding the gentrification of the area.
Most notably about this area is it’s views.
“THE CANYON”
Here, the public can find a large quite courtyard to enjoy the views offered by Potrero Hill. Nature fills the canyon with indigenous trees and shrubbery, with the main water element in the center of the court yard.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic Design has taken me many places as it’s so fundamental to our daily lives. However, my work with D+K Renewal has been the most consistent and rewarding.
D+K Renewal is an online retailer that heavily focuses on Instagram to drive business sales.
The brand elements were derived from the pastel colors found in our vintage, handmade products in conjunction with clean and modern typefaces.
