I’m originally from Kangasala, but Vaasa has felt like a home from the very beginning! In the fall I will be working as an international tutor and I couldn’t be more excited. Congratulations on choosing Vaasa! Hi, I’m Emilia and one of the international tutors for the upcoming year. I am a 2nd year business student with management as my major. I’m 20 years old and from Helsinki and some of my free time activities include going to the gym and doing gymnastics. I’m 20 years old and originally from Järvenpää. In my free time I like to read books and do different types of sports. Hello everyone and welcome to Vaasa! My name is Walter Lindqvist, I’m a 21-year-old guy and actually one of the few locals in this university. You won’t find many of us! I hope you’ll enjoy this sunny seaside city to the fullest. I’m a third-year student studying international business and have enjoyed every second of it. I’ve had a blast in my uni time and I’m thrilled about this autumn. Hopefully, we’ll see many of you on campus and at our events!

Hi and welcome to Vaasa! My name is Erik Koivunen, I’m 22 years old and I’m a second-year industrial management student. I have been living in Vaasa for the past 15 years, so the place is already very familiar to me, but the student life brought a lot more to it. My first year was unforgettable, and I’m sure yours will be as well. There is a lot to attend to, and I encourage every single one of you to participate in the events as much as you can!
