Tomorrow’s prospecTs
from Wykyzine 1/2023
by Wykyzine
Ihope everyone is having a wonderful start to the spring of 2023. The new year has come again and as you can probably already see from the picture, the power of the media manager has also changed. This year’s media manager is 22-year-old, international business student, Minna Harjula. In addition to Wykyzine, I am also in charge of W-Podi as well as taking minutes for board meetings.
So what will the year 2023 look like? The strengthening role of internationality and growing membership require steps towards a wider and more diverse operation. From the Media Divison’s perspect, we will do our parts by creating content also in English. Our future will be built on a strong base of amazing team spirit, skills and creativity, which I can truly rely on.

From here, we can move towards the main content of the magazine, where the theme is future and visions. The future remains uncer- tain, but winds of change continue to blow. It is important to remember that these winds also bring new opportunities. In this issue of Wykyzine, we will present alumni career stories that will hopefully inspire you! We will also discuss future prospects in the fields of studies and summer jobs, without forgetting the present moment.
However, visions and dreams for the future can easily be forgotten in the midst of a hectic daily life. We face constant pressure to always push forward, whether in the field of education or in the workplace, which leaves no room for creativity. So, let’s dare to set aside time for dreaming, and make tomorrow exactly as we want it to be!
Yours sincerely,
Media Manager ‘23
Minna Harjula
