PIGS IN BLANKETS

Lochaber Larder Chef Stewart MacLachan knows that most people will use ready-to-cook ‘Pigs in Blankets’ (he makes them) so is sharing a simple way of adding a bit of extra Christmas fl avour to the serving
12 pigs in blankets 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp coarse grain mustard 1 tsp sesame seeds
• METHOD •
Cook sausages in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes. Mix honey, soy sauce, mustard and sesame seeds together. Pour over sausages and cook for a further 5 -10 minutes until sausages are piping hot in the middle. Serve immediately.
