OUR QUALITY WINE The winemaking philosophy for Think Wines has been and always will be, to make a well balanced wine that allows regional and varietal expression, without excessive winemaker intervention. Our subtle, elegant and harmonious flavors are sourced from the Alentejo region, in South Eastern Portugal. Quickly becoming one of Europe’s top wine destinations of the 21st century, Portugal is emerging to be a prime selection of remarkable value. Portugal’s unrivalled treasury of unique indigenous grape varieties and its sultry climate tempered by the restraining hand of the Atlantic make Portuguese wines an exciting alternative. At the forefront of some of the world’s most innovative and imaginative winemaking today, Think Wines is a collaborative venture with Adega Coop De Borba, regarded as one of the most prestigious wineries in Portugal. As challenging environmental and recycling issues continue to emerge on a global scale, our shared values and concerns for WINE QUALITY, the ENVIRONMENT and the CONSUMER is of the highest importance. We believe our design, quality wines and eco-friendly approach has made a difference in the wine market, resulting in tremendous growth in demand for Think Wines world wide.
