VSpeed V77 GT Prototype


Long been infected with the virus automobile drove Mr. NĂśmer always individual cars away from the mainstream. Enthusiastic about the GT sports cars of the 50s and 60s, the stunning flowing shapes and clean lines. Technically sophisticated vehicles driven by powerful engines created a soundscape to fall in love. This era creates sportscars you could drive to the racetrack and then race, all on their own axis, real Grand Touring. Most current sports cars have a hard time to fulfill such desires. Often very aggresssive designed, or boring pure sports cars are often not suitable for everyday use or technically vulnerable. The idea to put reliable mass production technology under a beautiful dress is not new. Beautiful cars with big names like Bizzarini, ISO, Jensen, DeTomaso testify this. So the idea of an new sports car rises, initial concepts and sketches developed - a few years later the first wooden models. In 2010 its serious bussiness. Working closely with a team of specialists and advanced development methods evolves the concept into a real GT sports car in the form of V77 Gran Turismo. The car is based on an extremely torsion resistant chassis, developed in the USA and a high performance V8 engine. Together with our special optimized carbon fibre bodywork, the car is exceptionallly light, only 1399kg. Distinctive design, speed, elegance, exclusivity and fit to travel are the attributes which characterize the V77. In cooperation with Studio FT, from the first draft sketches and scale models, a distinctive, timeless and sporty prototype has been created. State of the art methods of surface measurement and lightweight design are used to create an extraordinary car with the latest CAD Software. In an cooperation with ATS the aluminum lightweight forged wheels are exclusive developed for the V77. They are also home to the Brembo GT brake system with slotted and ventilated brake discs and monobloc aluminum brake calipers. The Car is finished in an exclusive color combinations in Daytona Red, Le Mans Black and carbon fiber. The interior has hand-stitched Nappa leather upholstery and carbon elements. Comfort features such as automatic climate control, high-end sound system, modern Navi-tion system, keyless go system, large travel-compatible boot and other equipment details are already integrated. For the safety there are 2 airbags, ABS, ESP and traction control integrated. Due to the exceptional power to weight ratio and luxurious touring-comfort th V77 Grand Touring promises to be a thrill to drive. The performance and reliability of this sports-tourer will make all journeys enjoyable, whether they are motorways or winding country roads, convertible feeling by the removable roof included.
