I am An-dee , A cheerful girl , and I like nature very much. I graduated from department of architrcture , Chaoyang University of Technology this year. I had ever thought some different type of architecture ( likes book store ,post office , food savety building , ...etc ; The project of food savety building is a interesting project in these years . I tried to cut a box in three directions , and let the box be infiltrated by virtual space , then the virtual and real space would start a dialogue in this project! For me , I think that architecture is a method to thinking about how to release oneself and against the outside world . So , I’m very glad to learn anything in architecture world !

It’s a cooking school design , site is near Square One , Jiguang St. and the Taichung rail way station. The function of This cooking school is not only for teach coking but also for let people from different culture and country can start the conversation.

Firt time,when I show solicitude for issue of Taichung Central District , I found migrations and taiwanese people take a different route. Blue line is migrations’ route for distraction and eating on weekends. Red line is taiwanese people usually use for communication or few travelers for lodging. But the area of blue line , especially in the square of Square One turn into a migrations’ area , and taiwanese people are afrid to proceed. V

perspective of the square This site is near The Square One and Jiguang St, there are many delicious southeast Asia food in these areabut , due to prejudice of culture , seldom taiwanese people leave for. I want to create a place that who migration and taiwanese people can get together and interlocution of our difference in concecpt and culture.

The function of this cooking school : market , cooking classroom , community kitchen , cooking square and step space ( dining space) . This project has two main building , and one is for cooking classroom , the other is for market space , communication space , recipe library ...etc. The function of step space is a dining space and a communication space beside two main building.
