01 BALLOON DIARY(2018) Balloon Diary (2018) / 2D animation/ 202sec Poster Design
CONCEPT There was a time I feel like a balloon which is empty and no direction. I was so anxiety to seize and feel something. I try to write poems and make collage to record the feeling and I learn how to comfort myself when anxiety. As an inspiration, I developed the whole peroiod of time into an animation.

I thought I was a balloon. I cannot feel the way I walk. Today is long time ago.

Where will the wind bring me to? What if it want you to marry its daughter? Let the mouse be. Does the mouse marry off its daughter too? Think carefully, even if from a far distance, everyone will point you and say”how large the balloon is.”

Style frame
STORY The animation describes the pressure between balloon and water. The main character is a girl who try to enter the water. However, the harder she tries the more difficult she can success. Just like a balloon, the bigger a balloon is the more
resistance between a balloon and water. I try to describe the scenario when people do things under high pressure and it might ends up with a result that doesn’t meet their expectation.

02 FAKING LOVE (2019)
CONCEPT This animation is discussing about love. Always be a consultant between my friends, I found that people like to complain about their lover, and I can tell from their words that they want the other half changing to their ideal image. I was wondering does the �ideal love� really exist? Is the prince charming a perfect lover for every girl?

Dynamic Typography Design
ORIGINAL PAINTING All the movement of the character and part of the motion are draw on paper by arcrylic and then scan into computer to do the composition. I want to use the texture of brush to express the complexity of LOVE.

STORY The main character (and the only) is a scientist who tries to make his own love by stealing other people’s love mode. He think he can find a formula to make love.

22 CONCEPT I use lake as a symbol of different sizes’ screen. Stories won’t be limited by the size of screen, however the connection between stories and people is what really
matter. I choose water to be the media of telling story because people can see the reflection of themselves just like when they see movies.

04 POSTER DESIGN Performance Art “Burn”

CONCEPT It’s a poster I made for a performance art show conducted by students in my school. They try to talk about that the positive energy given by others not always good to others, but worse, it may cause damage. I use the twisted and disproportionate human body to present their struggle toward the society or even themselves and I use rough stroke to create the anger and pain deep in their heart.

CONCEPT For a foreigner who travels to Taiwan, they must see lots of pictures on the internet. As a result, I use eye-catching illustration to create Taipei into amuement park to tell people once you join our tour, it will be an interesting adventure.

05 BRAND DESIGN MixerBox TV Rebranding
(2019)
MixerBox Mixer Box is a compliant 3rd-party API client that lets you play music & videos from YouTube & MP3s all within one app. The company launched another app called �Free online TV� that combines cable channels and online channels. Recently, they are doing brand intergration for the two app.

MixerBox TV To rebrand the app, I do case studies on other TV stream app icon. I found that the simple design and bright color is the trend. To do the brand intergration, I reserve the main color of Mixerbox and generate a color palette.

PROTOTYPE I sticked to the color and the brand spirit and designed two logos. One is more emphasizing the TV Image, as the other is giving people a clear vision of “M“.

05 BRAND DESIGN TourMeAway X (2017) TourMeAway TourMeAway is a start-up team of taipei free walking tour, since 2013, dedicated to presenting the most charming and meaningful part of Taipei to foreigners. There are 4 routes for exploring the city and 3 routes for experiencing the night life in Taipei.
TourMeAway X In 2017, TourMeAway introduced a sub-brand called “TourMeAway X“ speicializing in outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, bicycling, and rafting. Different from TMA’s chill and cultural image, they want TMAX more exciting and challenging.

CONCEPT The tour they design are all related to sea and mountain so I generate the color palette from the photo they took. Besides the color, I simplify the feature of nature into iconic symbol.
PROTOTYPE ON SCREEN OF DIFFERENT SIZES I also design the UI of the TMAX website. The website is now available.

CONCEPT
It’s a project starting from the im body, and adding body rythms periments by myself. I took pict

magination of the appearance of human body. How to create interesting shape based on human is there more possibilities? I came up with these questions and I made a costume to do the extures and filmed, then I developed it into two short 3D animation.

STORY It’s two short animation. First on the left page is called: NIGHTMARE, which is about a worm shuttling in people’s brain to evoke dreams. Second on the right is called: BONDING, talking about the process of finding one’s other half. I found myself enjoying this kind of way of developing idea which gives me so many possibillities and inspiration.

It’ a project I did with the students from Communication Design of Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. It took us two weeks to finish this project. There are two Taiwanese and four Thai students in our group. We design a interaction machine that simulates the heart monitor. Instead of visualize people’s heart beat, we generate the wave diagram of people’s precious objects. I am responsible for the code of processing and arduino, poster design, and the final outcome website.

CONCEPT The workshop’s theme is ”Evocative object”, that something means a lot. Our team analyed our object, and find out there are some main reasons that influence the object’s importance. Then we decide to visualize this strong feeling by adjust different variable in the processing code we design.
