May 2017 - Present I am currently the Senior UX Designer for BCA Marketplace plc. BCA is a FTSE 250 company which owns and operates the UK and Europe’s largest used vehicle exchange. My team and I play a key role in making sure our user’s needs and business goals are best met across our extensive range of products and services.
Currently, my main objective is to create better experiences for customers when purchasing and part exchanging vehicles within all major car dealerships. I frequently perform in-depth user research, using methods such as interviews, lab and remote usability testing, analytical studies and surveys. I have found this to be a great way to quickly understand our user needs and frustrations. It also provides the basis for a more focused discussion when conducting and facilitating workshops to better understand both business and user needs.
My main tasks and duties include conducting usability testing, leading UX workshops with users and stakeholders, wireframing, prototyping, user persona creation, user flows, as well as UI design tasks across our iOS/ Android applications, and our websites in the UK and Europe.

June 2016 - May 2017 I held a pivotal role as the Senior UX Designer within a talent stacked product team. My position allowed me to work across various business channels and industries, including mobile consumer products and financial services.
As the UX specialist within the team, I align user and customer feedback with business goals, to create the best experiences for users and drive optimal conversion for the business. My overall goal was to understand and build an appreciation of the complete customer journey, forming strategies to deliver a seamless experience across multiple touch points. My main tasks and duties included preparing and conducting user research workshops, wireframing, prototyping, lab and remote usability testing, providing visual design, multivariate and A/B testing on multiple business channels.

November 2013 - June 2016 I worked as a UX designer within the product and marketing teams. This Agile environment allowed me to move between different teams, working alongside the CEO, Managing Director, Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers and Marketing Executives. Collectively, we collaborated to make improvements to Amigo’s responsive website and product. We worked in small teams to deliver positive experiences across mobile, tablet and desktop touch points. Having full exposure to the digital and direct marketing channels, as well as the internal systems, I have had the opportunity to get under the skin of a multi-million-pound company. This has allowed me to utilise UX and Design best practice, aligning user and customer feedback in order to get the best results.
