Welcome This lookbook contains a few selected works of mine that express my fascination and passion for graphic design, illustration and photography. Research, experimenting and letting your imagination take control is the basis of how I put things together and create.
Scrapbook creations The following collages are inhabited by special creatures. Their bodies exist out of microscopical parts and other unusual objects. The activities that are taking place look a bit weird but are fundamentally the core of human nature.
Levi’s backpocket project Levi’s® back pocket project has already proven to be a tremendous success in Belgium. The idea is simple, let creative people customise backpockets and auction them for the Aids Fonds
VIA poster The theme for this poster was creativity and innovation, the tricky part was that we had to use a lunchbox. So I made a cute little robot.
Mister Red An electro is a game where the players test their knowledge. The game board consists of points where two and two points are connected with electric leads under the game board. On one half of the board there are questions and on the other side answers. The two plugs are connected to each end of the battery and when the plugs are placed on the two points that are connected the lamp will shine to indicate this. My electro is all about the mysterious Mister Red and the world he lives in.
The following insects are entirely built with certain characters of one kind of font.

My own semantics In linguistics, semantics is the subfield that is devoted to the study of meaning, as inherent at the levels of words, phrases, sentences, and even larger units of discourse. I made my own language, thus my own words/symbols out of tail lights of cars. The symbol above carries the meaning of time.
Accidental Sculptures This class assignment was to take pictures of things we found in the street that accidentally had the potential of being art in a museum. We all had to make a catalog, an exhibition and a poster announcing the exhibition.
Experimental typography Tired of using Helvetica and Arial? Maybe you should use glass, fire or your own shaven hair as fonts!
MiMazu Mimazu is a little playful cat that organises cool parties and she asked me to make her flyers, stickers and posters to announce the festivities.
