The truth is that your skin isn't just a covering. It's an organ like the heart, brain and liver. And just as there are many factors that can affect the state of our internal organs, healthy skin also requires our attention in many areas. If you want to keep people guessing as to how old you really are or shock them when you reveal your true age, the keys are nurturing and maintenance a healthy and glowing skin daily and properly with natural means. Most of the best possible things to do for your skin have minimal cost investment and only moderate time investment. The reward of great skin far outweighs the input required. Your skin faces negative effect of environment every single day. Here are some tips for keeping your skin fresh and healthy: 1 .Consistent Face and Skin Cleansing. To get rid of dirty particles, you must cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle, natural cleanser and then treat it with an antibacterial ingredient like tea tree oil. Using warm, (not hot), water and a mild cleanser gently wash your face, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For toning dampen a cotton pad and wipe gently all over your face to remove the last traces of cleanser and any dirt or debris remaining on the skin. For men with sensitive skin it is essential to follow a skin care and shaving routine that uses products made for men with sensitive skin. This seems like a simple rule to follow but most men do not do this! Lots of guys just shave with soap and water but with time this can make your facial skin look unhealthy and old. Skin care and shaving products for men were designed to help men look their best without having to get surgery. In addition it also helps you get the perfect shave so that you can finally enjoy shaving and not put up with razor burn and cuts. A quality shaving cream for sensitive skin will make a huge difference in your shave but you should also use pre-shaving and post-shaving products to protect and heal your skin. The majority of men with sensitive skin will also find that using a shaving razor that has few blades also helps get less irritation. The best option would be to use one of the best safety razors for men but a safety razor does require some practice and learning.
TIPS FOR YOUR SHAVING Ditch the can of shaving cream. Invest in a higher-end "shaving lotion" or "shaving soap." Shaving cream from cans is nothing more than a bunch of fluff, and the shaving gels are so thick they clog up your razor and make you press harder against the skin. What you want is a product that produces a nice, thick lather when combined with a little bit of water. Choose either a "bar" (usually a round disc) of shaving soap or a creamy shaving lotion that you can lather. Get a shaving brush and small dish. Here's where things get weird for most guys. They

are not used to having to use these tools in order to shave. A shaving brush is simply a small, bristlehaired brush that can be used wet to apply shaving lather to the face. You just put a small amount of your shaving product, or your bar of soap, into your small dish, wet the brush, then swirl the brush in a circular motion through the shaving product to get a good lather. Then you apply the lather to your face with the brush. This accomplishes two things. First off, the brush helps lift and separate the hairs from the surface of your face, making each stroke of the razor more effective and providing a closer shave. Second, the brush/dish combo provides a continuous source of lather that you can reapply throughout your shave. Doing a quick internet search for "shaving brush" should yield lots of places to buy a brush...we recommend going with a synthetic material instead of animal hair, because synthetics tend to last longer, are easier to clean, and don't tend to smell like animal-based brushes can after time. Use face scrub. To exfoliate your face before shaving, you need to use a good face scrub after shower. There are lots of good face scrubs out there. Taking a nice, hot shower softens the hair on your face and using a face scrub gets rid of dead skin cells and
makes your razor glide across your face more smoothly. You'd be amazed what these two simple things will do towards helping you get a less irritating shave. Adopt proper shaving technique. After getting out of the shower and drying off, step over to the sink and fill it up with water. Wet your face and the shaving brush. Add your shaving product to your shaving dish and work up a good lather...spread the lather all over your entire face. Use small, downward razor strokes (no more than 他" at a time) and rinse your razor in the sink between each stroke. Always make sure you're using a relatively new, sharp razor blade (I prefer the Mach 3 by Gillette) and save your neck area for last...that's the area where the hairs are the coarsest by saving that area for last, you give the shaving product a chance to work to soften the hairs. Use After-shave with high alcohol content. After washing any remaining shaving product off your face and patting your skin dry with a clean towel, apply a generous amount of an alcohol-based aftershave product. This may burn a bit the first few times you do it, but trust me, you'll get used to it. The alcohol in the aftershave helps to sterilize your skin and close your pores, preventing razor burn. Aftershave products also have moisturizers to help keep your skin protected and looking young. By following these few simple steps, you'll find that you can shave as much as you wants without dealing with unsightly acne or razor burn. It may take a little bit longer to follow this regimen, but your great looking skin will be worth it in the long run.

Well, they simply are a result of your negligence of taking proper care of your fingernails. Exposing your nails to chemical products, harsh environment, lack of moisturizing, and unhealthy diet are a few of the many factors that weaken nails. Ways to Strengthen your Nails Naturally The strength of your nails is largely determined by the kind of diet you follow. Though hereditary plays a good role, a healthy diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals will surely take you way ahead in achieving pink, strong, and healthy nails. These include foods high in proteins, calcium, vitamins A, C, and E, and multivitamin supplements with B-complex vitamins, zinc, iodine, and iron. These nutrients can be found in meat, fruits, and vegetables. Keeping your nails soaked in excessive water is a major turndown for the health of your nails. To avoid them from getting weak and frequent breakage, prevent exposing your nails to dishwater, laundry water, and long, hot baths. Keep them dry as much as possible. It is not always possible to prevent your hands from exposing to water. In such situations, wear rubber or latex gloves to protect your hands from getting wet while doing your household chores. Whenever you indulge in doing dishes, washing clothes, or scrubbing the toilet, wear gloves to guard your hands and nails from harmful chemicals. Moisten your nails with vitamin E every night to keep them lustrous and smooth. Simply break open a vitamin E capsule and apply a good coat of the oil on your fingernails before retiring to bed. Massage until the oil is absorbed by the nails.

Your fingernails are not meant for removing staple pins, stickers, and other objects. These tasks are better performed by tools, such as scissors, pliers, or toothpicks. Always keep your nails trimmed to short, squarish shape with the tops slightly rounded. Clip your nails when they are soft, usually after a shower or bath. Always dry your hands and feet after immersing them in water. After doing the dishes or taking a shower/bath, dry your hands for at least 2 minutes. Also, after showering or swimming, dry your toes. Leaving your nails damp increases the chances of fungal infection. Mix equal amounts of argon oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk them thoroughly. Soak your fingers in this mixture for about 15 minutes and thereafter, rinse with warm water. Pat your hands dry. Avoid using soap to clean your hands. Repeat this procedure once a week for long and strong nails. Beat two egg yolks in a small bowl and whisk in Âź cup milk and 1 tbsp honey.
Dip your nails in this mixture for around 10-15 minutes. Rinse your hands under cold running water and pat dry. Combine 1 tsp wheat germ oil with 2 tsp each of castor oil and salt. Blend well and transfer into a clean, airtight container. Massage small amounts of this mixture on your nails regularly. Your weak nails will soon transform into super strong tough ones. Dilute 1 tbsp sea salt in half liter warm water. Immerse your fingers in this bath and keep them in for around 20 minutes. Remove your fingers and dry them clean. Coat your nails with moisturizing cream. Repeat daily for 10 days and follow once in every month. Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice with several pinches of salt. Mix and dab your nails with this mixture using a brush. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and wash your hands clean henceforth. By following these natural strengthening tips, your weak and fragile nails will be the talk of the past. Practice them regularly and get ready to flaunt strong, healthy, and beautiful nails!
