The LCVP TM is the primary figurehead and decisionmaker in assuring quality experiences of any person involved with AIESEC in Davao and its operations from initial engagement to fostering life-long connections. Moreover, it is the LCVP TM’s job to assure members of opportunities for their growth within the organization
Specific Job Description
The LCVP FLA is in-charge of managing the LC’s financial health and legal standing. He/she acts as the primary custodian of the LC’s financial resources, together with the LCP, and is responsible for spearheading the drive to make the operations of the LC financially sustainable by dispensing basic finance and accounting services to the different aspects of the LC operations. As the primary liaison, he/she shall coordinate the LC regarding national finance initiatives. He/she is expected to provide a finance mindset and perspective in LC decision-making.
Specific Job Description
As the in-charge of overall marketing and communications of the LC, the LCVP MaC is responsible for the communication and proper implementation of the AIESEC brand experience to all internal and external stakeholders. He/She spearheads the increase in strength and relevance of AIESEC in Davao brand within and outside the university through brand management, market strategies, campaign creation, quality & innovative promotions, and market research. He/she works in the office supporting the 4 products of AIESC.
Specific Job Description
The LCVP for iGCP-Projects manages all the incoming exchanges with the Global Citizen Programme of PBOXes. He/she manages the processes and operations involved, such as raising learning partners, matching for PBOXes, and project management/supervision for PBOXes. It also includes back processes, such as EP supply and demand analysis, market research and product packaging , and front processes such as good CRM with PBOX partners. It maintains the standard of quality exchange to align with the organization’s vision.

The LCVP for iGCP-TNs & iGTP manages all the incoming exchange with Global Citizen Programme of TNs and Global Talent Programme corporate partners. He/she manages the processes and operations involved, such as raising TNs & GTP partners, matching for GCP and GTP TNs, and supervision of EP-TN relationship. It also includes back processes, such as EP supply and demand analysis, market research and product packaging, and front processes such as good CRM with TN and company partners to ensure continuity and good brand image to externals. For iGTP, the VP is also responsible in education his/her members to becoming top sales person of the organization. It maintains the standard of quality exchange to align with the organization’s vision.

The LCVP OGX manages all outgoing exchanges with both the Global Citizen Programme and Global Talent Programme. He/she manages the exchange operations – recruitment, selection, matching and integration – effectively and efficiently. He/she is also in charge of spearheading the formulation and execution of strategies for the growth of OGX, ensuring quality of the exchange programs to the LC’s extension entities and other market expansion initiatives, and in assisting expansion entities in promoting OGX.

The LCVP Expansions facilitates the establishment, growth, and development of AIESEC in Davao’s Sus. He/she serves as the secondary supporter of exchange, specifically OGX. He/she drives the marketing of AIESEC experience to different universities, the exchange recruitment and selection within expansion entities, and conducts functional trainings and member coaching to oversee and track the overall growth of the SUs.

The LCVP for BD aids in maintaining the LC’s financial sustainability by establishing partnerships for its exchange functions, specifically iGTP, OGX and iGCPProjects. He/she finds leads for possible partners via corporate sales through business programs , alumni, networking , and other contacts. LCVP BD is desired to possess sales, business, and public speaking skills, as the department is critical in maintaining the LC’s brand to externals and AIESEC Davao’s financial sustainability.
Specific Job Description
The LCVP for Exchange Management is the overall incharge of ensuring quality exchange delivery in both outgoing and incoming exchange . He/she makes sure that the image and credibility of AIESEC in Davao as an exchange organization is maintained and strengthened. He/she provides necessary assistance to all EPs.
