Designed the Scheme-3 package program for competition, including two towers (apartment and hotel) of 40,968 m2, one six-story shopping mall (with four stories underground) of 68,280 m2, landscape (on ground and rooftop) of 4,096 m2; ▪ Programmed the Scheme-3 affiliated facilities based on the area requirements, including one supermarket of 4,500 m2, one parking lot of 607 pcs, one IMAX cinema of 9 screening halls, MEP; ▪ Designed the overall traffic flow/circulation strategy for the shopping mall; the residential unit layout and optimized the floor-area-ratio; ▪ Helped draw the final set of floor plans, sections, site plans.
