Changchun Evergrande Center RMJM Start: 2010Function: Mixed-Use Client: Evergrande Group GFA: 620,000 sqm Status: Schematic Role: Senior Designer & Project Manager Brief, located in the core of new city of Changchun, this project provides a cold-climate responded design solution. It consists of twin towers by 300m high and four towers by 100m high. The complex provides a five star hotel, offices, service apartment, convention center, banquet, shopping malls, retails, etc. Involvement, . developed a scheme of towers independently; . developed tower typical plans (led AA); . developed core/ lifts schedules (led AA); . developed podium layouts (led AA); . developed 3D of tower sky-deck and renderings (led AA); . attended presentation meeting to clients; . handled coordination work with clients and LDI.

Bangkok Naraiphan Tower AEDAS Start: 2008Function: Mixed-Use Client: Gaysorn Property Co. Ltd GFA: 45,000 sqm Status: Conceptual Role: Design Architect & LEED Consultant Brief, This project asked for an icon image to a complex tower, including residential, hotel, retails, in the heart of capital city of Thailand. Our solution is to give the tower an energy responded solution to shade the tower in warmer seasons and attract the visitors and buyers through design as well. White Swan Hotel Redevelopment AEDAS & Langkui Fang Start: 2009Function: Hotel & Mixed-Use Client: White Swan Hotel Group GFA: 250,000 sqm Status: Schematic Role: Design Architect & Project Coordinator Brief, The updated hotel program asked for an overall re-design of podium, an extension of basement, high-end retail and shopping mall, a convention center as banquet, a facade re-design of main tower, another tower for hotel phase II.
