Redevelopment of Tea Trade Center MADA s.p.a.m & Original Studio Start: 2006Function: Commercial Client: Priavte GFA: 12,500 sqm Status: Built Role: Project Design Architect Brief, Located in the center of Zhabei district, this project asked for a new scheme to provide a tea-trade center for the market. The new four level scheme is initiated on the idea of leaf which is based on the existed two story structures.
